Absolutely zero customer support. You cannot chat with anyone and when you try to email, it says that isn't available either. Out of desperation, I tried to message through Facebook. It is like starting over every time you message them with the information that they request. I needed a new cord as the one sent with my laptop was defective. They told me to toss the old one. Then they only sent me half of the cord. After several days of messaging back and forth on Facebook, I give up. This new laptop also has many critical issues, but I already reviewed that.
