Right! Omg!! Where do i start with this outrageous, ridiculous platform. It's all about control and reprimanding for a minimum of ANYTHING!!!. So, they banned me on 3 different occasions and the days got longer. I now have been banned for 169 days and they said if I don't contact within the 169 days the will DELETE my whole account. I have over 4000 friends from all over the world and can not get into my account. Anyway, they said contact them to review the case ( 10 times I mailed them ) and, not one reply. They say check your email , which I don't and never a reply after the 10 replies. I think Facebook enjoy the fact they can control you and cause you frustration, by telling lies that they respond and they don't. Can I just give a shout out? IGNORE THIS FACEBOOK PLATFORM LIKE HELL. THEY JUST CONTROL AND ABUSE YOUR GOOD NATURE AND I HAVE MENTAL HEALTH VULNERABILITIES AND I KNOW THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME DUE TO THIS, BY TELLING LIES, FALSELY SAYING I GOT 10 EMAILS FROM THEM. IGNORE THIS PLATFORM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!@

Over complicated, over priced all NEST wants is data constantly locking me out wanting me to reload the app when my details are fine. Constantly turns to eco mode even tho I’ve got it off well over a year now and I can’t even get it to heat my house up. I turned it up to 32’ 2 hrs before I got home it’s now at 14 pipes are warm to touch. I’ve had enough 👎🏻

The online portal you can never get into and the online agents just don’t listen and help. I’ve had NEST for years but I am moving away to a private pension. The website is the worst online portal experience I have experienced and the advisors aren’t much better. Invest in technology and create a better user experience. Otherwise you will just lose more customers like me.

I contacted the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) about an issue with an organization and a problem with my personal data. The ICO initially replied with an automatic response, stating that a response might take 90 days. Several days later, I received a response from a case officer. However, the case officer did not seem to take my concerns seriously, did not appear to understand my complaint, and tried to refer me back to the organization where I had experienced the problem with. Throughout this whole experience, I felt like I was dealing with AI processes that didn't have the slightest clue about what I had complained about.I raised a complaint with the ICO about the way the matter was handled. Around three weeks later, I received a response to my complaint, stating that the ICO would not take any action. They also pointed out that I could take legal action against the organization myself. On this occasion, they did acknowledge my complaint and appeared to understand what I had said. However, they still did not want to get involved and fulfill their responsibilities.I believe that the UK ICO has completely failed in its duty and obligation to deal with a serious data protection issue affecting me as an individual. It is not fit for purpose.In the time between the initial data protection complaint to the ICO and raising a complaint with the ICO about how they dealt with it, I also requested some information from the ICO under the Freedom of Information Act about the number of cases they dealt with in a six-month period, the number of cases they responded to with "we can't help" type responses, and the number of cases they actually ended up dealing with. They responded that "In the first six months of 2022, the ICO received 5,768 data protection complaints and 434 FOIA complaints." They also stated that answering my request "would equate to over 826 hours' worth of searching." It is clear from their response that the ICO cannot even manage to store their data efficiently, as it would take them over 826 hours to answer my request.Someone within the UK government with the power to make recommendations needs to take a long, hard look at this dysfunctional public body.I will avoid the ICO completely in the future and wish I had read some of the Trustpilot reviews before wasting my time contacting them. Many of the other reviews on this site mirror my experience with the ICO.

I signed up for a paid trial of the account to test its bulk upload feature for my company twitter handle. After deciding bulk upload was not a priority at this time, I selected to cancel my paid account upon receiving an email reminder that my trial was ending in a couple of weeks. All good, I got a page saying the cancellation was successful, and my account would update on the last day of the trial period. Then, I get the 'overdue balance' notification. In the complete absence of a reply email or customer service number, I checked the billing page again and I saw to pop-ups: 1. the overdue account 2. that my account was queued to downgrade. Given it was the day my account expired, I figured (after 30 minutes of searching online for answers) it was a glitch in the system and only needed to wait for the downgrade to process. They would not allow me to re-submit 'cancel my account' because of the errored 'overdue' status. Today I go in and see that they did *not* honor my request to cancel the trial and downgrade to free, they bumped me to their middle-tier paid 'professional' account, with a *new* invoice for that plan. Dishonest, poor (no) customer service, lots of redirection prompts to useless company FAQ pages, and an invoice for a service I declined to use or pay for a month ago. Moving back to Buffer if I have the chance.

It took triple A five hours to help me. It's my first time to use them. Been paying for roadside a few years. They told me it would be two hours. I always thought they would be quick. Like less than an hour. This leaves people vulnerable. Not safe. I also locked my keys in my running car with my grandson two years ago in a very dangerous guetto and they said it would take them one hour to get to Norman and get my car out of middle of street. So I asked a hoodlum to help me break into my car and she was nice and helped me.

What a seamless experience of perfect supportI was trying to setup email for my domain. I contacted Domain.com to make the change to my site. in less than 10 minutes the email was setup. Could not be more pleased with the outstanding support service.

I ordered a few pairs of jeans online and was very excited, as I had heard many good things about them. Well, the shipping company couldn't find my house so they marked the address as invalid (never had that happen before with any other deliveries, and I confirmed my address was correct). This wasn't Abercrombies fault but I reached out to their customer service to ensure I'd get a refund. They told me I would within 3-5 business days of the order being returned to the warehouse. A couple weeks later and I hadn't heard anything. I reached out again and they went again and put the request in for a refund. I received an email not long after stating I had gotten a refund. The refund was approximately 30% of the purchase price. I sent another email to customer service to let them know that I didn't get a full refund (which I was told I would get) and am still waiting to hear back. I am so disappointed, and will probably never shop online with them again. If you want their jeans, just go to a physical store!!

9Gag disguises itself as a harmless meme site, and at first glance it looks like one, because there are a lot of meme posts that are mainly automated by bots that steal content directly from other sites like reddit. But at some point you stumble across a lot of political posts that clearly represent a far-right position. Often, migrants and ethnic minorities such as black and Middle Eastern people are dehumanized, one-sided and biased views are presented and the comments are full of extremely racist people, such as white supremacists and Neo-Nazis, who openly call for racist violence and genocide. The administrators of this website absolutely do nothing to stop such hateful comments, in fact they tolerate it.This app is incredibly dangerous as it not only normalizes an extreme, racist environment, but also radicalizes new users with racist propaganda.
