I've had Microsoft email accounts for over a decade and generally find the services to be reliable. Security is decent in Outlook and the spam feature usually works. The interface can take a little while to get used to but is fairly easy to navigate. Overall with the service and will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

I ordered a Suzuki/Garmin Satnav map upgrade for £70 in November 2017. The map turned out to be about a year out of date (new roads missing, new changes to road layouts not shown, where new = 2017). I complained but got nowhere. They say Suzuki are slow at processing the maps. I say Garmin should make it very clear on their website how old the map is.

I order a Vivoactive 3 from Garmin directly on 5th May, the delivery was delayed and the watch was supposedly delivered on 14th May- but nothing was ever delivered. I spoke to UPS who said to speak directly with Garmin. I raised the issue with Garmin on 18th May, and they launched an investigation on 20th May. We received confirmation from UPS that the investigation had been completely on 29th May- Garmin claims they didn't receive anything and that the investigation is incomplete and to wait 5 working days. Called again on 3rd June, they tell me the investigation actually got paused and they need to launch it again, so told to wait until 10th June. Call on 10th June- please could waiting 5 more days.... On 15th June, still nothing from UPS apparently, so was offered a full refund or a replacement- I opted for a refund. It is now the 16th July and my refund is yet to be processed.. they have asked me to wait yet again. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. They are holding £112 of my money and their customer service team show no sympathy and give a half heart apology. I've spoken to Rhys, Matthew, Will, Jame and Connor in customer service. Please save yourself the disappointment and don't use this company!

FreshBooks have been exceptional in recent years. Customer Care is top notch and the software is user friendly and beautiful. It helped keep my sanity by keeping me organized. It's excellent for sole proprietors and small businesses. I can confidently recommend FreshBooks to anyone looking for a reliable accounting solution. They are miles ahead of QuickBooks.

I canceled the trial period before the deadline. IN APP and they still charged me and refused a refund. It's happened to many people. If I forgot, I would have sucked it up and paid but I set an alarm to cancel it. I have a video showing it says I don't have a subscription. I am going to dispute the charges with my payer.

Terrible company. Ordered food with special instructions. They delivered incorrect order. It was NOT the restaurants fault, it was ALL DoorDash's problem by sending the wrong order. The food was wasted because it was not what I like to eat. Contacted DoorDash Customer support they basically disavowed any responsibility. Stated that someone would contact me in 24 hours, NO ONE DID!!! Wasted my money and will NEVER use DooDash again!!!

My first time using Uber Eats and I put in a grocery order over $100 with a $20 tip. Almost 3 hours later I get $24 worth of groceries with the courier saying everything else was out of stock(also 1 of the items was the wrong variety, and another item they only got 1 of 2 requested even though there were plenty in stock). I went to the store to see if it was at apocalyptic levels of emptiness and only 1 thing was actually out of stock. I changed tip to $2 and contacted customer service and provided pictures of the items on the shelves and they didn't care. Also they didn't refund the original $20 tip and told me it's non refundable even though they have an edit tip open. Never again.

My 77 year old mom who has memory problems just flew from VA to Colorado the staff made sure my mom was well taken care of they even had the wheelchair waiting for my mom as we arrived. My mom had to get on to another plane in Chicago and again the staff treated her like a princess ( Mom said) they made sure my mom got on the right plane with no problems they made sure she got on the right shuttle to get to my sister's house with all her stuff only lost the walker. I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who help my mom. Thank you southwest Airlines for going above and beyond for my mother. God bless you all Darleea Gilbert

Scroll wheel on a G403 broke after a couple months since purchase. "Support" would like me to send it to a third party site, which I am not sure operates in Europe even, for 30 days.As if I don't need this crap, broken mouse to work and if I am going to buy a stand-in, I'll just toss the logitrash into the trash bin and use the crappiest, cheapest, generic mouse. Not only will that cheap mouse NEVER break, I bet it will also handle better.

Long story short: An item that was meant to be dispateched in 1-3 working days took over 12 days to arrive as the item was not even located in the UK, it was shipped from China. The UPS courier managed to ‘miss me’ while I was sat at home waiting for the order, so I had to run to collect it from a local collection point – this is obviously not Lenovo’s fault, but their courier selection is rather poor. It took approximately 5-10 calls to the customer services to get things sorted; oftentimes, I was given inaccurate or plain misleading information. After complaining, I was offered a compensation so I would recommend everyone to stay resilient. To finish with, I was unable to register my extended warranty so had to email customer services to sort that out for me. Love the laptop by the way (Legion 7i 6”), but I think it might be safer to get the actual products from your favourite retailer.

The NFL Show Ep. 1 2023-4 took a great big nosedive on its first outing this season. Lame jokes about household appliances and a risible presenter swap set the scene; it was altogether too inane, juvenile and blokey. And it just got worse - leading on QB salaries in a kind of juvenile, gawping, sensationalist way was just way off mark; we all know they get paid astronomical salaries, but at this point, who really cares - it was just brainless. Where was the focus on new talent, team changes and detailed assessments of team strengths and weaknesses. Loud it may be, but I think i'll be going to 5's NFL - End Zone in future. Its such a shame because Jason and Ose are such strong, intelligent commentating presences.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I have purchased Dell Preferred Customer Support or some similar name for $350. Every time I contact them for the poor performance of my machine, the tech will not escalate my issue even though it's been the same for weeks. Then, each time the tech acts like they know what they are doing and only make things worse. Recently, I had a genius who decided I needed to remove several files, but he assured me my Office would not be affected. What a surprise! My Office was deleted and because it was Office 2010 I cannot have it recovered. Fully 16 hours of "working" with other techs the answer is I have to buy Office 365 even though 2010 was working great for me before the fool deleted it. I HATE this service and will NEVER buy another Dell even though I have purchased them for 30 years and foolishly thought they were the best. They are fools and scammers and do not give a care about their customers. I don't even know that they understand what a customer is. To them, its just a call.

I purchased an Alienware R16. This is a very expensive computer and I paid extra money for a warranty and service. I had a CPU fan error. Dell said they would send a technician the next day to repair the issue. It has now been two weeks and Dell and its vendor have constantly rescheduled the service. They do not communicate transparently or honestly. They lie and mislead consumers. I have purchased Dell products for going in twenty years. I will never again purchase another Dell product.

But at some point you stumble across a lot of political posts that clearly represent a far-right position. Often, migrants and ethnic minorities such as black and Middle Eastern people are dehumanized, one-sided and biased views are presented and the comments are full of extremely racist people, such as white supremacists and Neo-Nazis, who openly call for racist violence and genocide. The administrators of this website absolutely do nothing to stop such hateful comments, in fact they tolerate it.This app is incredibly dangerous as it not only normalizes an extreme, racist environment, but also radicalizes new users with racist propaganda.
