HARVEY TECH SUPPORTIt's a scam. I asked them to restore my Google account which I was supposed to be hacked. They started proposing a reasonable price, then added false Google requirements asking for more money, and so on. I stopped collaborating, losing a bit of money but then I knew other people who lost a lot more, always without any outcome.Those scammers take profit from your despair.I'm going to report them to the police.A complete chronology of their approach is available.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over 3 months and five dishwashers before Lowe's finally delivered one that I actually ordered and worked, and to add unbelievable insult to my injury, after spending over 20 hours trying to get a working dishwasher, they FAILED AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE DEFECTIVE DISHWASHERS I had to return. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The incompetence was and continues to be so extreme I think they are doing this on purpose hoping I will just give up. I have been fighting this for over a year!!!! No one disputes that I have paid for three dishwashers and only have one. Everyone I spoke to said they would fix it, but it the end, Lowe's literally refused to refund my money. At this point, even if I manage to get my money back I will still be damaged due of the time I have put into this. Further, the feeling of complete powerlessness ENRAGES me. What a terrible corporation. Now I have to wait another 60 days to get a response from my Lowe's credit card. If that does not work, I will have to file a lawsuit -- just to get my money back. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is so wrong and I am so angry. No one should have to go through this. It is treatment lie this and unfair practices like these that make people go "postal". I am a middle aged women and I have been screwed over by Lowe's so many times I cannot contain my rage. It is ridiculous. The store manager was so incompetent that even when I pointed out the three charges she still couldn't now comprehend the math and told me to dispute it with my credit card. And when that call was over, corporate call me and said that even though they understood, there was nothing more they could do for me -- even though I had still paid for three dishwashers and only had possession of one!!!!!!!! This is corporate greed on full display and if they are banking on me giving up, they bet on the wrong middle aged woman. Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances somewhere else. Lowes seems to go out of their way to screw over their customers. I wonder how many other people have had a similar experience. I would not be surprised at all if the number is high because this feels VERY INTENTIONAL!

First of all, I do appreciate the excellent research provided by the Motley Fool staff. I rated my experience as three stars because I purchased many of the first Motley Fool stock recommendations a few years ago at the price of the stock on the day the Motley Fool recommended them. This turned out to be a bad strategy as I purchased many of these stocks at too high a price. 2+ years later and many of the stocks have yet to turn a profit. To the Motley Fool's credit, a few of them have been profitable. I am now in a position where I can wait for a 20% price drop before buying any of your recommendations. Hopefully, the time frame to profitability will be much shorter.

I have been a subscriber for years and liked the publication. The admin and their systems however are useless and infuriating. Their database seems to be based on post-it notes stuck on a fridge. They can't cancel an email address, they can't communicate a renewal, they change subscriber number at will and are reluctant to give refunds based on their errors. Friendly customer service don't do what they promise. I am convinced they are in breach of data protection regulations and am about to report to the ombudsman how they handled my personal identification data. What a shame that a good writing is spoilt by incompetent administration.
