Extremely unprofessional and unfair treatment! I paid for a monthly subscription, started e-mail campaigns and in the course of them I suddenly received an e-mail that my business account was closed, with no right to object and the inability to log in and download the information you have achieved in the course of the campaign. In an attempt to contact their live chat staff I was blocked directly! I highly do NOT recommend the platform - your service is ridiculous, extremely unprofessional and in breach of data protection! Scammers

Where do I start I made a booking for a hotel room at Stansted airport for 1 night from 1st April to 2nd April as I have an early flight however approx 3am I received an email stating my booking has experienced a technical difficulty and was therefore cancelled upon speaking with Agoda they have told me multiple times lies and excuses stating no bookings are currently active and no money is being taken second is that there is a active booking and money will be taken I have now had to open a PayPal dispute about this because it’s clear to me Agoda is trying to scam me I will be also reporting this to the relevant authorities as this is simply not one absolutely disgusting behaviour will be avoiding these pests and if advise anyone else to do the same

First negative review for a horrible guesthouse we stayed in was immediately deleted because it was "misleading, deceiving or confusing to Agoda users". Here is the review, you can judge yourself if this is in fact misleading or deceiving: "We booked 3 nights and had to leave after one and book another hotel on short notice. It was literally a health risk for us to stay another night. The bathroom is just covered in black mold. There are plastic slippers that are supposed to be used in the shower and even they are moldy. I think I did not leave a booked accommodation in 20 years but this was on another level. Neither the company "life in" nor Agoda responded to our complaint in any way. I will open a dispute with the credit card company, this is not the last of it. Unbelievable."

I called almost 2 hours ago for a jump. I received several texts starting 10 minutes after my first call saying, "AAA Update: We've matched you with a driver that can help you. We will provide an ETA once they are enroute to you. Thank you for being a AAA Member."" Almost 2 hours later and 3 calls placed, still no ETA. It's getting dark and I'm not in a good neighborhood. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, TIME, OR FRUSTRATION. *** BUYER BEWARE***

Terrible company with no customer service

Lyft an Uber two of the companies in America that make it difficult to give them your money. I love how you guys put taxis out of business yet you can't keep people employed because there's a high turnover rate because this company is worse than bad. You guys pay like crap comparative to taxis, and don't employ as many people as taxi services did.

Worked for less than 14 days

Everything is wrong with piece of junk garbage HP printer i've got. I've spent hours troubleshoot the wifi connection until i gave up. Days later it just decided to work again, expect no i prints blank pages and no troubleshooting seems to resovle the issue. Garbage customer service and worse products. Never again.

Horrific cancellation process

Your cancellation process is beyond terrible. It's certainly in bad faith, and the runaround you gave me felt a lot like extortion. My experience with your chatbot / customer servie officer was stressful and a total waste of my time. The magic word was "I decline all offers" whereupon the person, or bot?, finally confirmed my cancellation. Despite enjoying the Economist I will not be renewing. Please, Economist, review this as your journalism is great and this really lets you down.

This company has been the absolute worst! I all of a sudden tried to log into my account and had to verify my identity, which I did. It’s been over two weeks and I still cannot access my account. Tried the chat/text line and I just end up not getting a response after like 2 messages. Can’t talk to a real person and nothing I can do. I am going to report this company to the BBB but mkt sure if it will do any good since they are based out of Singapore.
