These jokers!

These jokers make Vinted look competent!These jokers make vintage look competent. Make I recently bought a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers on receiving I could see they were fake of which I reached out to the seller who confirmed they were fake and blames me for not asking, of which I reached out to Depop as it is a legal to sell fake items even after the seller admitting they were fake. Depop have denied that being a possibility and have said I must return the item unless I can get Alexander McQueen themselves to confirm they’re fake these are an absolute joke and customer service is, and cannot be trusted as far as you can throw them

Fast, helpful, friendly!

Other than a couple hiccups when setting up the account and hosting close to 20 years ago, my experience with DreamHost has been pretty dreamy. Until Tuesday. Something went goofy with one of my email accounts and the inbox disappeared. DH was able to restore the mailbox from a recent backup and I was up and running again in less than two hours from "Where's my email?!?" to fixed. WHEW! I've worked in corporate IT for 25 years, and two hours to restore email is crazy fast.

Was expecting a bit more help...

Was expecting a bit more help on finding ancestors and their origin. But I got more of what I already knew. Just the general location of my origin. I was expecting to get some type of auto fill when I found my great great grandparents profile on their site, but apparently I have to punch in all of their ancestors myself, even though they seem to have their own family tree which I have confirmed to be accurate multiple times. I was hoping I didn't have to search for each individual ancestor for each generation. I thought that was the whole point of this DNA test.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The egregious and deceptive nature of this SF tech culture is clearly on display, despite all the window dressing. Conveniently DOUBLE dipping with four transactions AFTER cancelling well in advance, only for their customer service to DENY THEN GHOST me after providing all the evidence of the mistake. By customer service agent "Elka"Run by the most annoying set of liars and grifters in tech history. Let them burn, I say. There are much better AI companies out there who aren't as deceptive and outright liars about their non-profit motives or otherwise.Avoid like the plague. Claude is way way better, or Anthropic.

No, you can have it all!

A company that values your privacy, values you as a customer and values your wallet, there is nothing more I could ask of. The customer support is great, the interface is neat, the compatibility to all OS' is wonderful, the default encryption is a must-have and both the stability and speed of the platform are superb. There is no reason to use anything other than MEGA right now as a private entity.

We received a gift card and decided to go see a movie. Tried for 45 minutes to use the gift card, and it kept telling me it was an invalid number. Tried to do live chat, but was told I was 25th in line and would have a 20 minute wait. I tried to call customer service and was put on hold. My call was never taken. I guess my 25$ gift card is useless.

Always missing items

I would leave zero if I could. I don’t blame the dashers I blame the company for not properly training the doordashers. Everytime I order from DoorDash something is missing more times than not from my order. They need to teach their doordashers quality control. Most of the time it is the drinks. Which I was told from a previous doordasher that usually it is on purpose because they don’t want spillage in their car. This time two things were left out. When I tried to get a refund the customer service rep. offered me less than what I paid for the item. It. At be a few cents to a few dollars. It adds up. I tried to tell them I want what I paid. Was told that is all I’m aloud to offer. That’s ridiculous!

Subscriptions offering £50 M&S vohchers

I applied for subscription to the daily mail for delivery and the offer to do this was £50 M&S vouchers. A few weeks later I received £50 delivery vouchers to take to my local shop! The people at the shop were confused and wasn't very happy as it stated they had to ring daily mail for information! I couldn't get any help when I phoned the daily mail twice and got the same man! I followed this on email and got so many replies with the no-reply on saying go to complaints or phone the same number as before!!! I have kept getting in touch on other numbers and emails ad was told in 1 of the email that I would be phoned by a manager which as never happened at all! I am very upset and wish to take this as high as I can. I also contacted IPSO and their reply was to email the daily mail for help! Has anyone else had this kind of disgusting so called help? If so perhaps you could reply and know what to do as I am determined to not let this go. Thanks

Shocking company to deal with

Shocking company to deal with. I ordered size 10, they delivered 11 and these are a very large 11! Huge.The company clearly couldn't care less. Now a wait to get refunded, ALL THEIR FAULT. My order clearly states 10 their invoice states 11 so has to be human error. Shocking service.You will note by the lack of reply from the company, they really couldn't care less.

Useless catch up

Every programme I try to watch on catch up keeps losing connection then turning tv off temporarily. Re-connects to live tv but you have to log on to channel 4 catch up again. Loses connection at least twice for each viewing. Have contacted channel for who just asked loads of technical questions about apps etc even though I’m watching it on TV. Rubbish service. I love channel 4 but this service is useless

Very bad customer service

Avoid if you are a smaller business!Customer service is bad, particularly when attempting to demo Asana in general. Customer services are not interested unless your business is over 250 employees, and even went so far as to tell me that working with a smaller company 'wouldn't be worth their while'. Customer service's attitude towards calls is also not great - complete with background noise, interrupting to chat to a colleague without muting themselves, and a general lack of respect for the client.

Bought a mattress and box spring from only 7 months ago and it flattend out I have a 10 yr warranty I called for them to send someone out to see it the man told me it was from the box spring he said they should give me a new one I call them and they tell me my warranty is void because I didn't have a tag on the mattress the man didn't even look for a tag he only took pictures the mattress is so flat I fall off it all the time, shame on you macys I will be calling a lawyer.

I shopped at Macy’s in Kahului on 4/2/21 around 2:15pm. I picked up a few things at the MACC counter and the girl who was working there alone was very sweet, enthusiastic and helpful. I didn’t get her name but I know she’s been working there for a long time. I appreciate her help and customer service.
