Review of lastpass
They used to be great. But its nearly impossible to cancel a subscription, and their enterprise software is clearly a money grabber instead of providing user value. Cancelling a user seat, requires raising a ticket and multiple conversations with their team to get it removed - not professional and would 100% not use again.
Review of freepik
I received a paypal payment notification that I had paid Freepik for another year, as I am now retired and have limited financial funds I wrote to the support giving my reasons for cancellation and requesing a refund.Within 25 mins I not only had a reply (expected up to 24+hrs) I was issued the refund witrhout question. I have seen a few posts here saying that support is bad, well this proives it is not! Many thanks to the Freepik company and their incredable support staff for resolving this so fast.
Review of dell
Dell used to make excellent notebooks, but not any longer. My new Dell work notebook has serious boot issues, loses network connection every two hours, requiring a reboot, I can't turn off power saving mode, and the display is very flickering. So the notebook is somewhere in the corner, and I'm forced to use my personal notebook for work.
