I applied for subscription to the daily mail for delivery and the offer to do this was £50 M&S vouchers. A few weeks later I received £50 delivery vouchers to take to my local shop! The people at the shop were confused and wasn't very happy as it stated they had to ring daily mail for information! I couldn't get any help when I phoned the daily mail twice and got the same man! I followed this on email and got so many replies with the no-reply on saying go to complaints or phone the same number as before!!! I have kept getting in touch on other numbers and emails ad was told in 1 of the email that I would be phoned by a manager which as never happened at all! I am very upset and wish to take this as high as I can. I also contacted IPSO and their reply was to email the daily mail for help! Has anyone else had this kind of disgusting so called help? If so perhaps you could reply and know what to do as I am determined to not let this go. Thanks
