Very bad customer service

Avoid if you are a smaller business!Customer service is bad, particularly when attempting to demo Asana in general. Customer services are not interested unless your business is over 250 employees, and even went so far as to tell me that working with a smaller company 'wouldn't be worth their while'. Customer service's attitude towards calls is also not great - complete with background noise, interrupting to chat to a colleague without muting themselves, and a general lack of respect for the client.
