I wasnt going to write a review but after seeing others have a similar experience, I felt compelled to. 16th March my Amazon account was somehow hacked. The hacker purchased 3 gift cards then archived the orders so I wouldnt see. I did get the money back from Amazon after 2 days which I very thankful for. But I reported this to Amazon at 21.15 after seeing the emails about the gift cards. No action was taken by Amazon until the next day at 7.36am! allowing the hacker to spend the remaining gift card. At the same time I was waiting for an order...4 days overdue thanks to Correos Express AGAIN... so I spoke to Amazon and cancelled the order and had MY money refunded to my gift balance. I then proceeded to spend said credits all for Amazon to cancel the order and accuse me of 'rule violation'!!! This was enough for me so I asked for the claim form....nope..just automated replies and no claim form. Amazon has gone downhill badly!This is not a safe place to shop...I now do not leave my details on my profile
