I ordered a gift set on 2nd December as a Christmas present for one of my sisters. They cancelled the order on the 3rd December without letting me know however, I got an email saying the product would be delayed. They refunded me on the 3rd December but I didn't see this because I didn't receive an email that the order was cancelled and therefore was still expecting it.I contacted them finally this week to see where my order is, to find out of course it has been cancelled and all they offered was a £5 e-voucher for the inconvenience which I declined because there should have been more communication from them and I have lost confidence in the brand. As a long-term in store VS buyer I am extremely disappointed with this service and hope this review is useful to others.
