Basically just took my money.

Basically just took my money.Last year I had to reschedule a flight. Kayak suggested paying 75$ or so to save the money as credit with the airline. Through out the year, I tried to contact Kayak multiple time (10+ throughout the year) to access this credit so I could use it. They never answered until literally 2 weeks before it expired. I had to get in touch with the customer service manager to get any answer, and she eventually blew me off too. They promised to ask for an extension with the airline 2 weeks before expiry, which, of course, they didn't. Interesting strategy of just not answering consumers once they've paid for products and services. Will not use this company again and would recommend others to do the same.
