If I could give this scam of a company 0 stars I will happily do it. We had 2 properties booked for new year eve, booked back in Oct. the first host cancelled on us with a lie of an excuse 1 month before and then blocked the reviews and his property. We rebooked with another host and they said it was non refundable. Less than 48 hrs before our booking he cancels, sad excuse, then disappears and hasn’t provided a refund for over a week now. His ignoring all messages and vbro won’t do anything to contact him. The main point of this review is just how unethical and pathetic vbro service is. They will do nothing to help, don’t answer the phone and use AI to give useless generic responses saying they understand the inconvenience and would love to help and then nothing. This company is allowing hosts to scam people and take money with no consequences or help to the traveller. Never ever use this. Air b n b is still a safer option. Vbro is UNETHICAL

All of us are experiencing hard times during this COVID 19 Pandemic! We work very hard everyday at our jobs, to pay our bills and maybe have some left over to pay for a cruise vacation! I have been notified by Royal Caribbean that they have cancelled my upcoming cruise due too the ongoing COVID 19 situation. I just spent over 3.5 hours on the phone to talk to someone about a refund that they clearly stated in the email and I have saved it for further action that I had the option to get a full refund of the total booking because they have cancelled the cruise because of the global suspension of there fleet!! They told me I wouldn't be getting a refund because they have decided on themselves that it will be a future cruise credit even though they had cancelled the cruise ,AND Not ME even though in my email from them cancelling the cruise one of the options I had was to get a FULL REFUND, but now they are holding my hard earned money hostage and won't refund it. It is Very Upsetting that they treat their Loyal customers like crap during this difficult time with Covid 19, and it is a shame that they won't refund our money when they chose to cancel the cruise for this reason, and I spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on that cruise and won't get refunded. I know there are many of you dealing with the same thing, and I hope that you can get this resolved. I will never again do business with Royal Caribbean or any affiliation with them, there are other cruise lines that are better than Royal Caribbean.

When I read the return policy at their website I understood I had 28 days to submit a return request.However, when I tried to do that, I learned that it is actually 14 days only, to submit a return. And that information is available only in the Dutch website (at least in my case).I feel misled. It was the first time I've ordered at ASOS and I don't think I'll do that again, nor recommend that to my friends either.

After many decades of banking with Chase I went to cash a check today, the teller said you don’t have enough money in your account to cover this check? What?Then she told me that I could deposit the check and she could give me the money back…then she came back and said I can only give you a portion of the funds and the rest we will hold until the check clears!I asked for the uncashed check back and will be closing my accounts with Chase after 20+ years! So I went to my other financial institution and they cashed the check immediately!When do I have to cover someone else funds?Isn’t everything electronic now so the payors funds can be verified immediately?
