I ordered an item at the end of July which never arrived by the estimated delivery date. I contacted CS several times who informed me that the order was mismanaged so they rescheduled the order and reassured me I would receive it with priority. The order never arrived, in fact, it has never been even shipped until now. I contacted CS many times asking for a refund since they never gave me a concrete answer when I can expect my order and since more than 2-3 months had passed since I placed the order. They told me they will follow up by email which they only did after I contacted them several times. They claimed by email that they already refunded me for one item but I never received the refund. The refund for the other items have been pending for weeks and they stopped responding to my emails. They essentially scammed me for 300 USD. Will never order from AF again, worst customer experience.

From the moment I phoned Aitken-Walker Cars I was treated amazing, I went the next day after my call and was welcomed with a coffee, I was then taken to see the vehicle, and offered a road test, I was happy with the motor and was told it would be motd and all would be left perfect for me to collect,we did the deal and it would be finalized when I picked the vehicle up and was 100% happy with itOn the day of pick up, all was waiting and everything went seamlessly, I can't thank Graham and John enough for the way I was treated.If you need a car this is the place you should be goingGeorge

I've been trying to get into my account for weeks now that I have a new phone and phone number but I can't access my account cause it's sending the verification code to an old number and I don't have my password and the website will not allow me to reset and what's worse is they have to reply to comments on here but not help customers this company is horrible DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP OR BUSINESS IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO IT OR HELP I got back to the chat and no one is there and they didn't rectify the situation

I placed an order earlier this year and returned it. Urban Outfitters NEVER refunded my large order. Weeks of going back and forth with their poor customer service and management team and no resolution. All they did was share an "invoice" showing me that they refunded me, but no funds were back in my account. I had to submit a chargeback due to this and now they are charging me AGAIN for something I returned? This company is on the verge of bankruptcy so I understand why they want to screw their customers. Good luck to anyone who orders from them. Their clothing is poor quality along with their service.
