I placed an order earlier this year and returned it. Urban Outfitters NEVER refunded my large order. Weeks of going back and forth with their poor customer service and management team and no resolution. All they did was share an "invoice" showing me that they refunded me, but no funds were back in my account. I had to submit a chargeback due to this and now they are charging me AGAIN for something I returned? This company is on the verge of bankruptcy so I understand why they want to screw their customers. Good luck to anyone who orders from them. Their clothing is poor quality along with their service.
