Be ware of 'refunds'

I ordered an item at the end of July which never arrived by the estimated delivery date. I contacted CS several times who informed me that the order was mismanaged so they rescheduled the order and reassured me I would receive it with priority. The order never arrived, in fact, it has never been even shipped until now. I contacted CS many times asking for a refund since they never gave me a concrete answer when I can expect my order and since more than 2-3 months had passed since I placed the order. They told me they will follow up by email which they only did after I contacted them several times. They claimed by email that they already refunded me for one item but I never received the refund. The refund for the other items have been pending for weeks and they stopped responding to my emails. They essentially scammed me for 300 USD. Will never order from AF again, worst customer experience.
