So much Data Entry!!! Wasted time especially when you can't use an existing customer in Lead. You also have to ensure you put in the Account Details before the Contact Details otherwise you can't set up a Contact. This modern era we should not have to do any Data Entry.

I really tried to enjoy this site but for some reason I ended up joining groups that are moderated by people who have no sense of the real world. Content will get blocked if they don't like it. Moderators don't answer me, trying to understand why meaningful content is not allowed. They just ban you for no reason. It is the wild west for people who have achieved nothing in life and now feel, they are in charge of something (not their own life of course). Reddit is good for people/moderators who want to see cats singing a Christmas song backwards.....go figure I am out and will spread the word on YouTube.

I'm pleased with the MindBody customer service. I was able to meet Carmelina Amore the account manager during my recent visit to London. She introduced me to the new features on the Ultimate 2.0, so I upgraded my subscription to it. I'm extremely happy with the training that I'm getting from Carmelina. She is very knowledgable and helpful.The only issue that I'm not happy about is that I find the Ultimate 2.0 subscription a bit expensive especially if you have with the branded App. It will be great if you can reduce the pricing.

I used this hosting service for a decade and was even an affiliate, but now, they've chased me away.At some point in the September / October 2024 timeframe, they claimed my web traffic increased by 52X. It was laughable.I tried to get help from support after getting a threat email saying they would 404 my business website if I didn't pay them a $11 fee. Support was nice, but they didn't help me at all. Site was taken down without even a notification email, on a day I was set to launch a paid marketing campaign nonetheless.It took over 24 hours to get back online. They did eventually manage to get a credit for the errant charge, but my trust was lost. I moved to a new host.Now, after only using the host for maybe 10 days last month, they're telling me I had 30K visits and owe them $16 for overage. Get outta here, I don't get near that much traffic in an entire MONTH.I'm out, buyer beware and plan for additional phantom fees if you host here. Never again for me and I've removed all affiliate links from all places I had them placed. I recommend NOT using them.I'd like to discuss with them here since their support is not helping.

Honestly. I have been trying many different ERP systems. Economics, Quickbooks, many many different versions of Microsofts Navision/Business Central etc. Of all of them, Odoo seems the least thought through. Then our accountant convinced me to go for Odoo. Big mistake!Let me give you an example: If you create an invoice for a storable product, there is no way to let it automatically remove the items from inventory, or just click a button "create delivery note" and remove it. Nono - you would need to first enter the inventory module, then make a delivery note which will be sent to accounting module where you then make the invoice. Ridiculous, and it increases the chances of errors. Same goes for purchase orders, you first need to enter these in purchase module. It seems there is little "connection" between these modules, and you constantly need to hop between the different modules. Why not make it all under one module?! Even if you need to pay extra, surely (like all others) you can just lock/remove the features until client pays. No thank you. I wish we hadnt wasted our time with Odoo and gone with something else. But now we are already "stuck" with it and moving will be a lot of work. This software needs a lot of changes. Sure, it has a lot of functions and you might be able to get used to them. But I dont like anything where I can make a lot of purchase orders and invoices for storable products, where at NO POINT is it asking me or telling me that I need to also make separate inventory movements. Chances of errors are just too big.. Sure, quickbooks dont have the same features and MS Business Centra is a completely different pricing. But Odoo is still not a good solution, in my opinion. I wish we had just paid for something better, like MS Business Central.

We got the yearly subscription but decided to cancel it after 80 days. The company refused to refund the remaining amount because we requested cancellation after 30 days. They did not offer to convert our subscription to monthly and refund the remaining amount. Bottomline - STAY AWAY from the Yearly Subscription!

This is the worst of the worst! Constant spam messages and more each day, can't stop with any filters on aol and they're no help ! Sending mail bombed innnthe middle of a job search! Couldnt attach files and again no help from aol. Why Verizon sold the service to them is beyond me. If it wasnt such a hassle to move all of my contacts and filed emails I'd move to gmail. In the process of doing it but what a hassle.

Website is totally inaccessible, relying on FAQ's which are mostly irrelevant. Two tel numbers: one is out of service, the other has a menu to take you back to the website and FAQ's. Auto email response is the same... links to the useless website. Don't waste your money, your time, or your temper.
