Mixed feelings

I found I didn't particularly enjoy the publication's editorials or the app experience somehow.I was disappointed to find out I needed to call to leave my existing online subscription, but having called the number I was through to an agent in only a few minutes and cancellation was very easy - there was no undue pressure to stay. Confirmation email received quickly, so hopefully seemed a smooth process!

Discrepancies between TEMU Application and Site - Chat doesn't help

I’ve been a long-time customer, and while some of your products have met my expectations, the overall customer support experience has been disappointing. Whenever I encounter an issue and attempt to use the chat service for clarification, it typically proves unhelpful. Although the representatives are polite, my questions often go unanswered.My most recent concern, as of May 16, 2025, is the inconsistency between your advertisements and the actual availability of products and offers. For example, I saw a compact dishwasher promoted on Facebook, but I’ve been unable to find it either on your website or in the app. Similarly, the app mentions a €200 credit, yet there’s no clear information about this promotion anywhere. This lack of transparency is frustrating and undermines trust in your advertising.It was evident that the chat support could neither resolve my issue nor locate the product in question.TEMU does offer some good products. However, when it comes to addressing concerns or seeking direct explanations, the chat service is usually ineffective. Additionally, promotional offers seen on social media are difficult—if not impossible—to locate within the app or on the TEMU website. Reaching out via chat for assistance in these matters feels like a waste of time.This is my analysis.

shame on Envato – They’re PROTECTING Developers and SILENCING Honest Feedback!I’ve been using Envato for YEARS – ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, Envato Elements – you name it. Over time, I’ve bought countless themes, plugins, and snippets of code. And while I’ve had my fair share of BAD purchases, I used to think Envato had my back. They’d help here and there, and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt.But this? This is the final straw.Last year, I bought a plugin that flat-out NEVER WORKED. I got busy, found an alternative, and moved on. But I HATE wasting money – especially on garbage that never functioned as advertised. So recently, I gave it another shot since it had been updated. Guess what? STILL BROKEN.So I did what any responsible buyer would do – I left a NEGATIVE REVIEW to warn others. And what does Envato do?THEY REMOVED MY REVIEW.Why? Because it’s been “more than six months” since I bought the plugin.Are you kidding me?! Since when does the TRUTH have an expiration date? How is that even remotely fair? That plugin is still for sale, still broken, but because I waited too long, my HONEST experience doesn’t matter?!This is absolutely disgraceful. It explains why so many broken, outdated, and worthless plugins on Envato still have glowing reviews – because ENVATO DELETES THE ONES THAT TELL THE TRUTH.You CANNOT trust the reviews on Envato. Period.I never thought I’d say this, but I’m seriously rethinking every future purchase I might have made there. If they’re silencing valid criticism and protecting shady developers, then they’ve lost my trust.Shame on you, Envato.

Overcharging and maximising profit at user expense

I have been a user of eBay for over 20 years, buying and selling items. The changes implemented in the last few months have made the platform a digital hell. They significantly overcharge sellers for postage, which private sellers have no control over. They automatically deduct extortionate postage costs on a sale, but if the sale is cancelled, you have to manually request a refund of the postage...which never comes.

I really don't want to see all my internet searches on the paper im trying to read. if i want to, i'll do it how i have been doing it off your page not on your page as well. omg.

Review of zara

Poor customer service.

I have to say every time I visit a Zara store I feel the customer service is appalling. It’s in both stores Birmingham & Leicester. There is never enough staff on the tills I assume this is so customers use the self checkout! Not acceptable when I’m purchasing from a store I don’t expect to do the work of a staff member, I’m not being paid by Zara! There is no polite conversation you feel like you’re an inconvenience to the staff. Today in the Leicester store we had been waiting a long time to pay for items & I had to ask a manager for more staff to serve being told well there are a lot of returns!! (Separate queue) but when I looked around the store there is staff just wondering around! When a staff member did log in to serve us there no hello or sorry to keep you waiting! Oh and god forbid you join the wrong queue if returning an item. Please get some customer service training in place! Such a poor experience every time in store. It seems such a miserable place to work in.

A helpless, inefficient and incompetent provider

My internet connection in Berlin breaks down. I call the Vodafone support service from my Norwegian phone, have to talk to a bogus robot for minutes until I finally reach a human operator. She concludes that my router is broken, and arranges for a new one to be sent. After a few days, the new router arrives. We are now three days without internet. In the box lies the router, but there is no user manual. I call the Vodafone support, again having to chat to the nonsense robot - of course it advices me to seek information about installing Vodafone products online, which I cannot, because I have no internet - the human operator that I finally encounter, excuses herself, and promises to send me a user manual. By resorting to roaming via my Norwegian phone, I do finally find the right instructions. I enjoy six hours' of internet connection, until the red lamp at the router starts blinking again. I call Vodafone support again, fight my way through the robot labyrinth, and finally get to talk to a technician. This was last Friday, October 16th. He concludes that the error must be local (somewhere in my apartment, or similar), as none of my neighbors have complained. He says the problem lies in the connection itself, and therefore there is nothing that I can do. So, we need a technician to come look at the issue. The first appointment he can get me, is Tuesday between 11 and 14 hrs - that is, today. I wait patiently at home, but no one shows up. Of course, the Vodafone internet is still down. I try to phone the Vodafone technical support (0800 526 66 25) three times, but my phone calls are immediately interrupted - as if my number has been blocked. I try calling the standard Vodafone support service at 0800 278 70 00, and do not enjoy chatting to the nonsense robot again. When I finally get hold of a human operator, she says that an "intermediate instance" within Vodafone has decided that there was no need for a technician to show up at my address today. Well, I counter, there is still no internet... The operator tells me that "they have been trying to get hold of me". I have received no incoming calls from Vodafone, no texts and no e-mail. The operator asks me for my phone number, in order to set up a new appointment. For me, this means more days without internet, more useless waiting at home for someone that just might not show up. As my number is foreign, she cannot enter it into the Vodafone system. She asks me for a German number. The German fixed number that I possess, is not working because internet is down - and thus, I cannot be reached. She creates a new file on my situation, and explains to the technical department that I need to be contacted via e-mail. It will probably take another week just for someone in the technical support to say that actually showing up at my address to correct the error, probably is not necessary. Is this what Vodafone offers to people needing to work out of home under a pandemic? I cannot remember ever having been in touch with a more helpless, inefficient and incompetent company. It is incredible that they can treat a customer over five years like this.

4+ years waiting for a refund of $72.21

Since January 2019 you keep are sending one of your customers a bill for $72.21 CREDIT. So far your ex-customer spent a fortune on calls to you however the incompetency of issuing refund cheques is beating all the records! Can you calculate how much it costed your company on sending monthly bill for over 4 years with credit balance? Is the a hope that the refund cheque will arrive while the customer is still "around"?

IG gets more and more issues too often

IG SUCKS and it's always pissing me off. There is always a new issue. 1. For so long, I can't type my comments as a paragraph. It goes as 1 sentence & I can't read what I wrote. I saw on reedit that it's an android issue. It shouldn't be a freaking issue at all. 2. You can only have a certain amount of tags, or the caption doesn't post, and I use a lot to try and get more followers. 3. When deleting stuff from the caption, it scrolls up. I use a long caption for all my social media reels, and only IG has a limit on tags and the smallest limit on characters out of the platforms that I use. 4. I also wish u can post more than 10 pics & edit comments. And the one pissing me off the most is 5. Now I have another issue. They removed a few of my reels on my cat's IG page, which I also shared last year and I use the same caption on all of them and they said cuz l'm sharing for likes, yet I was able to share on FB, TT and YT without any of these issues. Because IG succcckkkksss. And tonight it removed a picture on my cat's page. They allow nudes on posts, but not my adorable, innocent cat? And get this, this is only happening on my cat's page, not my other 2 IG pages, including my personal page. Idk if it's because I post the most on my cat's page. Either way, it's ridiculous and I am so aggravated. I contacted support on IG then emailed them. I got their email from Google playstore. And I heard they never respond. I'm sure they won't. Because whoever runs IG is a jerk

You can not contact to support

I can not contact to their support or get any help regarding my page. My page was banned because my marketers are from India and they made account from there and now I take control on that account and once I put my UK information's in accounts they blocked that account and now there is not any way of recovering them. Very bad from meta and Zuckerberg's company
