I can't get the code to Login.

I can't get the OTP code by email. Than I tried to get support from live support team. But wait! if you want to get help you must be login! And I can't login because I cant get OTP. I really wonder which moron designed this. Now I can't get any support and I'll wait until someone notices and fixes it. They say "people can make money by selling designs here"??? On this stupid, unreliable system. I'm ready to switch TEMPLETT

Review of booking

Horrible

Horrible. I’ll never use this site again. Worst ever. Booked in February for a sold out popular vacation spot in Sept and cancelled for no reason in June- 2 days after I paid it in full. Took over 2 weeks to get refund. Got conflicting emails, one from booking.com saying it wasn’t cancelled and one from evolve saying it was cancelled. Worse experience I’ve had booking. Don’t rely on this site.

Our company is focusing more on social media this year. Hootsuite has been invaluable in moving toward that goal. I am able to calendar, easily move posts to different dates, and analyze what is working well in ordser to improve our audience reach.

Dishonest software…Horizon

One word describes how terrible this company is…Horizon. As a result of their horrendous software 100s of sub-postmasters were wrongly accused. Do not buy anything from them until they fully compensate for their errors and admit their failings.

Broken piece of clothing, nothing done by them

I ordered a piece of clothing from them 3 months ago. It took 2 weeks to get delivered (as opposed to 3 days like they had promised) and once I received the package, the zipper on the piece of clothing was broken. I emailed them right away stating I wanted to exchange this piece of broken item with a new one, they took a couple of days to reply, saying they will look into it. Since then I have not heard from them again. I emailed a second time 2 weeks ago for an update and they have now gone silent. I am extremely disappointed in El Corte Inglés, how can such a big business behave like this? I should have read all the negative comments before purchasing from them. I will never buy from them again.

Extremely Disappointed – Months of Excuses, No Real Solution

I have been a loyal Thomann customer for years, but my recent experience has been beyond disappointing.I purchased a box pro DSP 115 speaker that developed serious faults within a very short time. Despite sending it back for multiple repairs in the last 3 months under their so-called 3-year warranty, the speaker came back each time with the exact same issues — distorted sound, rattling parts, and internal vibrations that make it completely unusable for professional work.Instead of honoring their warranty promise and replacing the faulty unit, Thomann keeps patching it up and sending it back, hoping I’ll just accept a defective product. I even sent them video evidence clearly showing the problem, but they continue to ask for irrelevant packaging photos instead of addressing the real issue.This is not about money — I’ve already bought another speaker from Thomann out of necessity for my business. This is about basic fairness and getting what you paid for.After months of delays, excuses, and being sent in circles, I can honestly say Thomann has completely failed to uphold their customer protection commitments.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before trusting their "3-year warranty" promise.I expected better from a company of this size and reputation.

Theft of delivery charges and robot customer service

I make a simple book order through the website, and carefully selected 'Delivery to Store' - but somehow in the process of completing my details the webform required my residential address and switched my choice automatically to home delivery. The order had been placed before I realised, and an extra €3 charged to my card. I immediately tried to contact Casa del Libro to cancel or change the order, but they failed to contact me before it was dispatched. I have since emailed customer service around 10 times, and every time they fail to understand. It is the worst customer service for an online purchase I have ever experienced.Realicé un pedido de libro a través del sitio web y seleccioné cuidadosamente 'Entrega a la tienda', pero de alguna manera en el proceso de completar mis datos, el formulario web requería mi dirección residencial y cambió mi elección automáticamente a la entrega a domicilio. El pedido se había realizado antes de que me diera cuenta, y se cargaron 3 € adicionales a mi tarjeta. Inmediatamente intenté contactar a Casa del Libro para cancelar o cambiar el pedido, pero no pudieron contactarme antes de que fuera enviado. Desde entonces, he enviado un correo electrónico al servicio al cliente unas 10 veces, y cada vez que no lo entienden. Es el peor servicio al cliente para una compra en línea que he experimentado.

Damaged Items NOT Refunded by Amazon!

As a 71-year-old senior citizen using SNAP EBT on Amazon, I ordered 10 boxes of Amazon brand baking soda and 2 boxes of Hefty 40-count trash bags. Amazon put all of these 12 boxes into a flimsy plastic bag for delivery. 4 of the 10 baking soda boxes were, of course, ruptured inside of this flimsy plastic mailing bag (that had no inside packing material to protect the 10 baking soda boxes). When I finally got through to an Amazon "human being" customer service representative, they demanded that I take a photo of the 4 damaged baking soda boxes before I could get a refund (4 x $.89 = $3.56) on my SNAP EBT card! It's more like Amazon "Disservice" when you can finally get through to a human being AFTER AMAZON SCREWED UP THE DELIVERY!

Royal Pain

We went on the Radiance of the Sea to Alaska on May 3rd thru May 10th.. .What a Royal Pain!My experience on this cruise was far less enjoyable than what I have experienced on previous Royal Cruises. Before I get into the negatives, I do want to say that there were no issues with the ship itself or the crew, both fabulous.On this particular ship, the places to eat and food choices were very limited.I felt the food in the main dining room was below the standard I have had on previous Royal cruises. I ordered the steak, and was very thin and was tough. I am not a Seafood eater, so I had very little choices on the menu. In the past, the food was a lot more upscaled than what we were served. My other complaint is that there were children in the upper midship adult area. They were in the pool and the lifeguard was about 5 feet away and said nothing to them. I heard some other screams from kids on the other side. This happened on more than one occasion on this cruise. Don’t get me wrong, I love kids, but I also enjoy my time away from them and could not enjoy my time relaxing in this covered area where the pool was.The last complaint has to do with the lack of fun things to do each night. The music was rather down beat and slow with no energy from the performers in the center of the ship, piano bar etc. I think there was a comedian only one night. So, I felt rather bored than being on vacation. I have written to Royal Caribbean several times and have expressed that I am quite disappointed how this is being treated. Royal Caribbean is not accepting any responsibility for the mishaps on the cruise. I am further disappointed that their team is refusing to make things right. They assured me the problems are being addressed and they are sorry.After reading some previous reviews from this cruise and ship, other passengers had similar complaints. Evidently, they have not “Looked into this” and do not care about their passengers to receive the same poor reviews.Bottom line, I will have to look at cruise lines more closely and check the feedback from the cruiser before I take another cruise with Royal. Would have saved me a lot of frustration.
