Wish I could give zero or negative start. A Micky mouse airline that takes your money and does not care about its customers unless you pay and fly first class. Rude staff on board and I would rather swim to USA than fly an airline that has no morals to its fare paying staff. I hope everybody avoids this airline

This is a website experience review. A big banner appears announcing a BOGO 50% off deal, but the deal did not appear at checkout. One of the books I wanted was not even listed (not out of stock, simply not listed, major author). Prices are higher than Amazon. Shipping is extra if you want it in a timely manner. After entering my gift card it still wanted me to enter a credit card. After many clicks and refreshes this eventually processed my order without a credit card. I contacted customer service but ended up placing the order without their assistance. Never did get the Bogo. If I didn't have a gift card I would have given up. Highly recommend any other gift - do not give B&N gift card.

By very aware that when Yelp offers you free advertising credits and says it's no risk that they plan on enrolling you into several behind the scenes "services" that are billed monthly. They won't tell you that these are "part of the package". The goal is to bill you for as many months possible before you notice. Also, note that asking them to cancel services doesn't work and they will continue to bill for those unwanted "services" until you go into your account and manually cancel them one at a time. This is all design to take as long as possible so that they can continue to bill you.

Outlook Mail has become shockingly bad.In the past year, I discovered that many emails which had been sent to me were not being received, not even in my junk box. I reported it to Microsoft, but their 'service' person was so bad, he eventually told me to contact the 'senders' to tell them their email is not being received - as if it is their fault, and as if I even know how many emails have been sent to me and not received. There are many posts complaining about this on answers.microsoft.com. One person even wrote directly to microsoft and received no answer. I have switched to gmail after using hotmail for more than 30 years.

Had 2 of their devices really crap - ok if you want an Address in Germany or Netherlands - unless you want togo through a whole mess of walk throughs, backups,buying more maps which are not cheap and cards,then find after an upgrade it becomes useless.Far from easy to use, really expensive, super slow,every thing is just buy more from garmin,support is support less.These were presents had 2 - binned one the other i used3 times it was more work trying to get it to work thaneverything else i needed to go.People who make these things should test them out on peoplewho try to use them and watch the frustration they cause,why can they not make them a little less awful.I would never buy one or recommend them.There are devices on the market a fraction of the costand far better.

The new payout scheme for sellers is ridiculous, people sell things on ebay because they want money. I sold an item and sent it via tracked delivery, but because Royal Mail are inept they didn't scan the item to show it had been delivered, the buyer left positive feedback to say item delivered, but ebay didn't believe them so held my money hostage for over 2 weeks, ludicrous.UPDATE: Unfortunately the ridiculously difficult 'simple delivery' completely ruined my latest sales. After 25 years of selling on ebay, I have stopped.

Got scammed when trying DoorDash for the first time. On a busy school night with hungry kids, we simply used them to place an order for pickup. When we arrived at the restaurant, our order wasn't even in their system. Door Dash sent the order to another restaurant in a completely different city. And when we called customer service, they hung up on us. Now I warn people to stay away from these scammy online delivery services. Not sure how they're still in business.

I doubt Bezos is even aware of how bad Amazon France has now become, mainly due to their poor choice of couriers (Colis Prive, GLS spring to mind, La Poste actually does quite well by comparison). 2 packages now arriving after Xmas (maybe, if they aren't 'perdu'). May now just buy from Amazon Germany, they seem to be able to get it to me on time

Your support is God Awful! I have been trying to get SendGrid set up for close to a month now and I can't get any support to help authenticate our domain. Waste of money and worst customer service on the planet. Looks like I'm not the only one. How can your company ignore a 1.5 Trustpilot Score in 2020!?

The cancellation Policy is a cheating. I cancelled my order. it was not shipped and processed. it says that the authorization of refund will be in 24-48 hours for the processing. BUT You should know that it is 24-48 business hours. it means 4-6 business days. Nonsense. Lenovo holds your money and take advantage ot it.

Serious security issues. I had the free version. I have not been using it as regularly over the last several months, but still had the app with important notes on it. Today I click to open it and am told that I have too many devices for the free account. I open my history and see that ip addresses from several countries I have never been to, and devices that are not mine, have accessed my account multiple times. I obviously will never use this app again.
