Review of opentable
I reserved a table for 6 diners using the OpenTable link on the restaurant's website and received both an e-mail confirming the reservation and confirmation in the OpenTable app. About 90 minutes before the scheduled reservation my wife rang the restaurant to ask if it was possible to add an additional diner. She was told that the venue had no record of the reservation and as the restaurant was exceptionally busy it was not possible to cater for our party (at all). I rang the restaurant and provided the booking confirmation number and despite this the restaurant still told us that there was nothing that they could do... appalling customer service!Update: the restaurant manager has just called to confirm that they have now found the reservation after seeing our negative review!

Review of hootsuite
You really need to be aware of what you are signing up for, when updating your free plan to premium with Hootsuite. We updated our plan last year to Premium, with a pricing of less than 50 USD pr. month (billed annualy). After a while, we did not get much use of the tool, and stopped using it but kept our account as we had paid for a year. A year later I received an email with an invoice, charging us around 1500 USD for a new year of subscription. Fair enough if this is done on a monthly basis, similar to other SaaS solutions. But here, no email to give us a heads-up in advance and especially no email mentioning a price that has doubled since last year. This sort of business is so unethical in many ways, charging small business huge amounts without a warning, and they are fully aware of this problem happens to many users who forget to unsubscribe before a year runs out. I tried to contact Hootsuite, to avoid them from withdrawing the amount, as we want to cancel our plan on the exact same day. A week later and still no response to my ticket (and they even mention they expect to respond within 24 hours) and meanwhile they have withdrawn the full amount of 1500 USD. BE AWARE with creating an annual plan with these guys. It is a lot of money for a small businesses. I would never recommend anyone to use Hootsuite, based on this experience.

You offer a good product, but I was very disappointed to learn that switching to the free plan meant losing the credits I had already paid for. This feels like a flawed and unfair system. Companies like Audible have faced legal challenges for similar practices, and it’s surprising to see this model still in use.Because of this, I can’t recommend your membership plan—it doesn’t offer real value if it comes with the risk of losing what you’ve already purchased.

Review of CNN
There was a time news means CNN. Now its all fake and biased news. They don't even deserve for 1 star. One star means 20% rating they are absolutely zero. I believe this is end of this channel. They don't deserve to claim its news channel. I have already trashed CNN its a piece of garbage now.
Review of BBC
I wrote to the BBC about Andrew Marr and his interviewing technique , where he repeatedly asked a question, but the the moment the person being interviewed began to reply, he cut him off and talked over him, putting forward just his own opinion. The BBC dismissed my complaint without addressing ANY of the points I raised.

Review of vrbo
Accommodation was not available, we found out 20 hours prior to check in! Customer Services were useless and their rebooking department eventually contacted us 4 hours after we were due to check in!We had to chase refund and they closed the complaint without reference to us and needless to say no compensation!
Review of vrbo
Don’t use this site if you’re an owner. It is a low cost operation that sends you to a call centre in India or Egypt if you have a technical issue and the people who answer are not able to identify the issue, let alone solve it.They decided to keep over €7,000 of rental owing to me because I had allegedly not provided them with my banking details, even though they assured me several times that I had provided them correctly and they’d been verified. No matter how many times I’d input my bank details and they were accepted, the next day I’d get an automated message saying I hadn’t provided the information so could not get paid.I am now having to ask the tenants I got through them to seek alternative accommodation and compensation from them, and to cancel all other bookings made through them, for which VRBO is penalising me 10% of the rental. So not only do I lose revenue at the height of the season, but I am also penalised and get very bad reviews from the tenants for something that is entirely VRBO’s fault. And if I close my account, then I lose the small chance of ever getting a payout from them. All in all, could not really be any worse. If it were possible to rate them with zero stars, that would be my honest appraisal.

I could create a bullet list of things Neil has taught me over the years; from the power of long-tail keywords, to utilizing tools like Ubersuggest to vet the search process. But Neil's greatest impact has to be his overall approach to digital marketing... utilizing all the data, but not overthinking it. Just extracting what is important for your business and iterating those things to better your reach and message.
