went to a small town theater located in Antioch, Illinois after purchasing tickets online. Got there and there were no more seats for me and my family, we literally was 3 minutes late. Called fandango customer service and the situation was escalated just to get an email 10 minutes after the call saying they couldn’t refund because the movie had already started. Yeah! I explained the situation the customer service representative had me thinking they would give it some thought after being on the phone almost 10 minutes for nothing. I’m super unhappy and would not recommend using this app, especially if it’s a small theater there is nothing that could be done about this. Not sure who fault it is the theater or fandango for selling tickets that were not available. 😡 My 7 year old is seriously unhappy, we’ve been anticipating this movie all weekend. NEVER AGAIN BOTH THUMBS ARE DOWN FOR THIS APP, THEY WILL SELL TICKETS THATS NOT THERE AND WILL NOT REFUND GIVE CREDIT NONE OF THE ABOVE
