Review of emirates
I was expecting good things from Emirates. But business class to Dubai from Stansted was more premium economy with a seat that turns into a cramped and uncomfortable bed. Having to step over someone to get to the bathroom is not my idea of business class. By contrast, when I flew the much shorter onward leg from Dubai to Riyadh, it was much better. It’s clear that Emirates are squeezing seats into popular flights and losing site of the customer experience and I won’t be flying with them again. I have 10 more long haul flights to do this year and I have asked my company to move them all away from Emirates. The service was poor, I only asked for a Pepsi and I didn’t get it. I don’t even want any food so it’s not like I was a demanding passenger. Business class was not a business experience. Children shouldn’t be permitted in business class, that’s a different class of travel. There was no stowage, no usb socket, the table wasn’t big enough and there was no privacy for using a laptop. With the chair in a bed configuration there is nowhere to put your arms and I woke several times with numb hands, that’s when I did get to sleep through the screams of a child. When looking at the TV, I’m forced to look at the TV screen of the person next to me. If I’m flying business class, I’m on business. Which means I want to either rest and hit the ground running on arrival, or I want to work. This class of travel was not conducive to either. Given the cost, this just isn’t good enough. I had 6 flights with Emirates on this trip and all I can say is never again. They don’t appear to respond to any feedback on here so I don’t think I have any other voice than to vote with my feet.

Shockingly poor customer service, deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics. MFA system that is still not fit for purpose many years later. Finally given up, will spend my money elsewhere. I'm glad EA has so much money they don't mind losing people and sales hand over fist.

Almost every new token listed in their website is a rug-pull token. They seem to list any token without research and the newbies think these token must be of value if they are listed in their website and so they hand their money to thieves and only after one year or so they find out they are being scammed every time. They also seem to get paid buy these scammers to list these tokens.

Appalling service. I have been a customer for 6 months and have yet to be able to link my business bank account to Quickbooks. (I need to download .csv files from my bank and upload them to Quickbooks, having to choose from 4 drop-down menus and manually checking transactions to ensure no overlap from the previous import each time I add new bank entries). My bank (TSB) conducted an investigation on their side months ago and sent a written report, concluding that the issue was on Quickbooks' end. I have spoken to Quickbooks agents several times, screen-shared with them and been on email with Luke, a "senior customer success expert" since November (it's now June), who checks in every few weeks asking me to go through the same process to check whether things work yet. They don't. He now wants me to take another video of the process (which is identical to the video I sent back in November) showing me trying to link my bank account to Quickbooks. When I asked for a report on what's been done on their side for the past 6 months, I received the following answer. "Regarding the team's efforts to resolve this issue, they have been reviewing logs for any anomalies and coordinating with the relevant teams to identify the most effective solution." I live in hope...

Review of agoda
SCAM ALERT: Agoda Sold Me “Breakfast Included” – Hotel Demanded €300 ExtraI booked a hotel through Agoda for $1177 — clearly listed as “breakfast included.” When I arrived, the hotel informed me breakfast was NOT included and demanded €300 extra.I immediately contacted Agoda and shared proof. Their response? A $97 store credit (AgodaCash), which is not usable everywhere and expires in 6 months. They refused to take responsibility or guarantee a refund if I’m forced to pay the €300. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and only received copy-paste replies. This is false advertising, bait-and-switch, and blatant disrespect for customers. If I hadn’t pushed back, I would’ve lost even more money. I’m now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection agencies.Avoid Agoda if you value transparency and honest

I've been a subscriber for year paying approx £8 for access to content. Just checked my back to see that the digital subscription has gone up from £8.67 to £12.99 without any warning or communication from the company. That's a 50% rise and an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. I will of course cancel when the company can be bothered to answer the telephone. No more Telegraph for me. Appalling service.
Review of samsung
I have an S22U phone that has an issue with the motherboard, took it to their repair shop they confirmed it was bad 5 months old and Samsung won't stand by their warranty! Last Samsung product I will buy! Buyer beware you if you buy Samsung make sure to get aftermarket insurance or you will be out all your money if you have an issue!
Review of domain
I was soooo concerned my domain name and website was lost. But the the person on the other end of the chat was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He was able to get my domain name and website reinstalled. Great source.
Review of bbb
Recently I filed a complaint against Cheapoair.com with NYC BBB. After the company responded and I refused, and the company responded again and I refused again, BBB closed the complaint with the following observation:“The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either (a) did not accept the response, OR (b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.”So, the BBB acted as judge, jury, and executioner to decide that (A) the company had responded to my issues, and (B) the consumer was at fault for not accepting the company response. If they wanted to be fair, unbiased, and neutral, this is what they should have said:"The consumer and business exchanged their positions and issues but couldn't reach an agreement. The consumer is dissatisfied with the business response".A completely useless and biased organization that is a protector of companies, not of consumers.
