I have been on dA for close to 17 years. The site has gone from bad to worse and beyond worse.The site is infested with all sorts of bots and hacked accounts now occupied by bots.There is child porn running rampant.And even Pedophiles and pedophile groups. They are allowed and not banned. Even with children on the site Copyright infringement runs rampant and well the staff refuse to take any action. Even if someone files of 50+DMCA complaints against the thief. It took a legal threat for them to take action. Recoloring of official works or posting of licensed materials such as comic pages or screenshots run rampant because the staff won't take action UNLESS the company files a report. And these accounts are even given a daily deviantion awards at times. For work they didn't even make.Not to mention the real artist who file reports have been the one suspended or banned instead of the thief because admins not doing their job correctly. Some even doxxed for reporting.There is also the other problem of many victims of impersonation and theft on dA happen to user from outside of dA who can not understand how to report on dA. And dA refuses to let people report on their behalf. God forbid if a victim has mental illness and needs to report the stress is just horrendous and having to provide privite information that will be given to a thief or a troll.So many artists over the years left dA or the art world thanks to dA terrible job of protecting artistsAdmins don't seem to even know their own rules about pornographic material. And obviously pornographic materials (explicit and graphic penetration, fluids etc) are given a pass, bestiality porn given a pass and even child porn or fetish involving minors a pass. The report box checked as staffed cleared.(If people bothered to read the rules explicit porn, erection, aging up and fluids are forbidden . Mildly kinky/nsfw is fine if they are originally adults. I don'thate NSFW okay. But damn)Harrassment also is a major problem ONE the admins refuse to even lift a finger to deal with. One either gets no reply or get told to just block the aggressors.Deviantart admin will not do anything about bullies, threats or harrassment. You're on your own if you fall victim to the abuse.There are groups made to harrass certain groups (ie anti transgender groups/TERF, hate groups etc).Someone sends you a death threat or harrassing you on multiple account.. The admins will most likely go "that's their opinion, nothing wrong here. Just block and move on"There's even a user who harrassed, doxxed, told some they deserved to be r***d, writes pedo rape fiction, stole etc guess what she is protected those who called her out got punished instead.People have literally been bullied of dA because the admins not doing their jobs And well i still am waiting for a response made years ago about harrassment.Scammers ain't punished at all but dare call them out and you be the one in trouble instead.If you complain to much or send to many reports asking for help against theft or harrassment. Guess what the admins will block you. Block you from their account. Block you from help desk. Refuse to give you any help. They will even close your ticket without helping you.Report to many violations? Hey did you know you could be banned as well?Deviantart and it's admins and owners they don't care for it users, they only want your money at this point. It feelsThey refuse to listen to any of what the users, the life of dA are saying.Now the lesser complaint. Eclipse while some small possitives the whole new website it self is poorly made and runs terribly. It is optimized for mobile but it doesn't work on mobile and i presume majority of digital artist work via desktops and not mobile to work and upload. It still is unready for site wide release. And theyshould have waited till it was more complete.Removing categories was a bad ideaThe admins of dA and it owners Wix need to listen to what everyone is saying. If the masses are unhappy then that's a sign.I love dA but the way it has gone over the years sadly leaving a bad taste

This has happened over a 2 day period. Not once but twice they attempted to rip me off with bogus charges and charges that they don't inform you about which I will enlighten you on.Yesterday I took an Uber to my eye doctor's office which cost me approximately $16 each way so I thought. It was the ride home that I started to question the way they bill. The driver on my return trip couldn't find me. I was standing outside waiting for the putz. I called him and told him where I was and he still couldn't find me. Finally I got loud and told him he was on the wrong side of the building and he said I was just about to charge you a wait fee. That's a lie!! He did!! $3.67 worth. MyThe hidden charge will be shown.Uber does NOT have a customer service number to call. The only way you can get in touch with them is messaging. I sent a message and gave then a piece of my mind. They gave me an $11 credit. Whoopy shit!!Once again I still didn't know everything just yet.Today was worse. I ordered an Uber to go to another Drs appointment. The same s--t. This time the driver was a pathetic thief!!They were charging me $15.36 for the ride. I had $11 in credit money. Deduct that from the $15.36 my fare should be $4 and change. Now here's what they don't tell you. They include a BOOKING FEE without telling you. The more expensive the ride the more expensive the fee. I never paid a booking fee for a any taxi my entire life. This is a scam!! I have copies of the receipts which I will show you now. Oh also this sb driver charged me a wait fee even though I was outside before he got there. Lowlife thief!! The company sucks!!

The drivers are extremely rude, they dont put on the AC, ask for extra fare/money to do so. Very disappointing to see this service provider acting like goons. Driver name SANNA- Vehicle number- KA02AH9954. Extremely rude driver- acts like a Goon. He asked me to vacate the car or travel without AC, only if I pay extra he will put on AC. UNACCEPTABLE

Update 30/04/2025I apreciate your reply but when it comes to gifts, there is nothing your customers can do. I have chosen several gifts, and I feel completely defrauded due to the fact that the gifts are nothing like I was expecting, completely different from description. This means that when you offer rewards, like these gifts, and if you are sending things that look diferent, the gifts are pointless and useless and your customers have just missed the chance to have proper gifts. For me this counts as very deceitful and dishonest.29/04/2025Temu sells all sorts of items that you can imagine and some more.Most are very cheap and quality is poor or very poor, which makes total sense.The big, huge issue is the products description. Be very careful and read it thoroughly. Se all the images and measurements, read reviews and if it is too cheap even for Temu, check with the seller if the description is accurate.That has been my fight with them: I buy one thing, based on the description and when it arrives, it looks completely different, the materials are completely different, and so on. Be wary of the gifts with your purchase. You pay £0 but most of them are utterly rubbish and again, completely different from what you see in their pictures, different materials and so on. So, basically, you are being offered rubbish that you can not even complain about or return since it costs £0. Very deceitful and dishonest. It is a pitty since they have reasonably nice things, considering their prices.

I have a gold account and book around 1500 nights per year. However, now they changed the customer service chat (you can’t reach them by phone as they cancelled that option a few years ago) so now you can’t even chat with an agent anymore, there is only the stupid automatic answers that don’t even answer your question or solve the issue. I strongly feel there should be a personalized support for gold and top members! Already looking into alternative booking platforms that do offer support by phone or chat.

I purchased a theme from envato. Never worked, cannot custamized, followed the documentation provided, still didn't work. Contacted them, replied 2 days after, with the steps i can take to get a refund. My account got locked. Sent them a message with regard to that and help is needed. I haven't gotten a response since then. No refund either. They are useless. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE NO GOOD. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’m so disappointed with Duolingo! I paid $130 for a Super Duolingo annal membership. The problem is that if I get the question wrong and I want to know why I got it wrong I have to pay another $10 a month for a MAX membership! That means it costs $250 a year just to learn basic Spanish words. What a SCAM.

NOT VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY. I was a vegetarian my whole life, now vegan. I stopped going to chipotle after my horrible and disgusting experiences. I’ve watched employees drop meat into the beans and fajitas, which are both advertised as vegetarian friendly. The cheese gets in the guacamole (not vegan friendly) and so does the sour cream. One time an employee put chicken on my bowl when I didn’t ask for it and when I told him I can’t eat that, he proceeded to scoop the chicken off my bowl with a paper cup. Any vegetarian or vegan would understand how much of a problem this is. I told him I need a new bowl and he rolled his eyes and laughed like I was being a bother to him. Other times I found steak in my bowl and the employees wouldn’t give me a refund. They hire people with no common sense. Chipotle should not advertise as vegetarian or vegan friendly because they are absolutely not.

I will start by letting you know that in order to write a review, I have to at least give them one star, which is truly unfortunate. I tried to return an item that I purchased in December 2020. Unfortunately, I missed the 90-day return window by two weeks. However, given that we are in the middle of a pandemic (and yes - I was sick with Covid during the return time), one would have thought the company would have extended the return policy. Nope! At first the customer service clerk said that they would have to give me store credit for the return. Since I paid with a credit card and they easily tracked the purchase, I asked if they could just credit back my account. Then the manager came out and said that because I missed the return date (by two weeks!), she could not even accept the return and I could not even get store credit. I tried to explain that I had Covid and she had the nerve to tell me that was not her problem. I will never shop at this store again - the most uncaring, horrible people work there!
