Their response? A $97 store credit (AgodaCash), which is not usable everywhere and expires in 6 months. They refused to take responsibility or guarantee a refund if I’m forced to pay the €300. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and only received copy-paste replies.This is false advertising, bait-and-switch, and blatant disrespect for customers. If I hadn’t pushed back, I would’ve lost even more money. I’m now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection agencies.Avoid Agoda if you value transparency and honest
