dont't trust this site !!! they're scammers , all positive reviews that you see here are fake!!! they are doing theyr own positive reviews . they will not allow you to send any mail , they charge your payment and then will close account as they did with me . they have sent me to a different site to verify email list , they charged my cards more for that , and then they closed my account with no reasons , stay away , big scamm here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep updating this message because i am not allowed by Trustpilot to make any other comment.I translated my message yesterday because Mailerlite answered to my Spanish previous message of July 18, which said: I feel cheated by Mailerlite. I decided to try it on Mailerlite following the advice of a colleague and I opened an account 7 days ago. 6 days ago they blocked my list under the pretext that the rates of the only campaign I sent exceeded the limits allowed by their Anti-spam policy. According to the data to which I had access in my account, these limits are all below what is stipulated in its Anti-spam policy page, except for the number of openings, which far exceeds the minimum lower limit. I asked them about it and sent all the explanations they asked me about my list. No answer. I have asked several times more along the last 6 days because they kept given me no explanation: nor about the real reason for the blocking nor about how to request a refund of the money. I have contacted them by all the means at my disposal: I still have no response. I have already decided to continue with my usual provider (Sendin Blue, I recommend it: their customer service team keeps in touch and solves situations) and I want a refund, any idea how to proceed? I doubt very much that I am the first with whom he applies the silence method for problem-solving.July 19, morning: Mailerlite answered the message above her at Trustpilot, saying they want to contact me but not given me any reason for not doing (I have wrote them to three different emails, to messenger, here and also gave them my phone number through Trustpilot), so I make a first update here (in Spanish).July 19, late afternoon: I just recieved an email explaining to me that they did not updated me on this issue because THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH NUMBERS TICKETS and that they had just actived my account.They understood if I want to cancel my plan with them, knowing IT IS A FULL MONTH PLAN AND THEY DID NOT ALLOW TO USE IT FOR A QUARTER OF THE CONTRACTED TIME DUE TO THE TICKETS NUMBER MISTAKE they felt sorry about. But, and this is the most incredible and unproffessional part of the whole email body, that this situation is not worth of a refund????????July 20, afternoon: new email from Mailerlite, telling me that as they had informed me (yesterday, 1week late) that my soft bounce rate was higher than they expected I should had waited for this answer before written them any messages, so it is my fault they keep my money because I should had used my time machine last week to come to the future and read yesterday answer, then go back to last Tuesday past and not write them, being sure they would answer me in one week future: how should I not?????NON SENSEI July 20, late afternoon: more non-senses excuses for keeping my money. my experience with IKEA has been an ONGOING NIGHTMARE SINCE APRIL!!!

My experience with IKEA has been an absolute nightmare since April 18 2024, It is now May 23 2024!!!!We purchased two nightstands & had Taskrabbit come to put them together. One of the nightstands was defective so IT COULD NOT EVER BE PUT TOGETHER!!! . Although IKEA replaced it, THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT WE PAID TO TASKRABBIT IN ADVANCE TO PUT THE NIGHTSTAND TOGETHER, BUT NEVER GOT PUT TOGETHER. Instead they offered a gift card which we immediately declined… THEY SENT IT ANYWAY!!! … we told them day one we wanted The money refunded to our credit card since it’s IKEA fault the item could not be put together .NOTE: The refund we requested is only a $36 refund to our credit card. They refused not once but 7 different times with 7 different reps (one woman getting nasty telling us we got a gift card what more do we want??) She couldn’t Understand my point was THAT I DID NOT WANT THE GIFT CARD… ????So we drove 40 miles to the store, & spoke to a SO-CALLED Supervisor named WENDY & after 40 minutes she told us she was changing the gift card over to a refund on our credit card, we just had to wait 2 wks for it to go thru. We requested a copy in writing of this, but She said there was nothing she could give us & we just had to be patient. We left the store knowing deep down in our gut we would be back! ! Well we waited the 2 weeks & as we suspected we received nothing again! so I called Corperate & Corperate informed me that No one in the store , Including Wendy the supervisor ,has the ability to give $$$ back on a credit card? !!! The only thing that they are at liberty to do is give out a gift card , PERIOD!!!! So back again, we drove 40 miles to IKEA this time to speak with an on duty manager named Jesse, who said he’d be off the next day but would PERSONALLY see to it that something got done & that we’d get a call. He took our personal info & phone number & said he would follow up & himself. ,& AGAIN WE GOT NOTHING!!!So to wrap up …EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE HAVE DEALT WITH EITHER ON THE PHONE (telling me a supervisor would call me back & then didn’t) & IN PERSON HAS BLATANTLY LIED!!! Both Representatives & supervisors . To me that says the company itself is telling them to do this!!! How can it be every single employee is the same way???? This must be policy… “ LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AGAIN & AGAIN, THEY WILL GET TIRED & FRUSTRATED, & THEY WILL GO AWAY!!!”ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC, UNPROFESSIONAL OUTRAGEOUS. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.!!! So sad! This company clearly has no honor , no character & no self value that they think nothing of lying to your face like they do!I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone due to this & I would NEVER recommend their products to anyone since they don’t feel they have any responsibility in returning your money when their sub-par products cannot be put together! They obviously think people have plenty of time on their hands to sit around & wait for somebody to TRY TO put something together FOR HOURS, THEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW ITEM TO BE DELIVERED, THEN HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN FOR THE SAME PRODUCT THEY GOT THE FIRST TIME TO BE PUT TOGETHER ALL OVER AGAIN, & HAVE TO PAY FOR IT NOT ONCE BUT 2X AS WELL!!!I am seriously considering small claims court if this review does not end with a $36 refund on our credit card!. And if I do, I will be filing for not just the the $36 Lost to taskrabbit, but also The return of both night tables .($357) I still have in my possession & THAT I WILL GLADLY RETURN . court fees,($30,) the 3 hrs of time I spent back-n-forth to IKEA ($225) ), plus whatever amount of hours I’m not working & sitting in a courtroom because of this. I get paid $75 an hour , so if court takes 3hrs wait time, IKEA would possibly be looking at a minimum bill of $836 bill when all they had to do is put $36 back to my fathers card!!! Does this make sense to anyone? ,ANYONE??, BUELLER ??? BUELLER????#UTTERLYRIDICULOUS

That's why these popular yet evil businesses use outsourced workers in India. So, those outsourced workers in India don't have an incentive to give customers high quality customer support service from Hulu. It shows that Hulu has joined the bandwagon of poor customer support service because workers are being treated like crap while companies' wealthy stockholders sociopathically get rich from people's suffering. If you care about work ethics and products running smoothly, stay away from Hulu. Hulu's sociopathic stockholders care about getting rich more than treating workers with respect and making customers happy. Also, Hulu is becoming overpriced junk like other popular businesses because their sociopathic stockholders are wanting to extort money.

Shopify is a HUGE SCAM!!!! I started my site and had all my apps and products launched, my site was running fine no hassles, I was advertising it and had traffic going to my site. Then for no reason at all Shopify disabled my site and account and have not told me why other than to say there was an email sent to me, which wasn't and trying to get Support was utterly frustrating and useless, they don't care nor will they help and all they say is that they have escalated my ticket to priority and someone will contact me soon. Well it's been well over a week now and still nothing from them, I have been in contact with their support (if you can call it that) many times with the same answers from them all the time, "sorry we can't see what the issue is, so we will send a message to the technical department and someone will be in touch soon. Still nothing, don't waste your time with this scam site, they will take your money and then disable your account and you won't have any recourse for action with these A'holes. If I could give negative stars I definitely would for sure.

Transaction 4ST13174122699913 purchased shoes several seller errors. PayPal give me 12 days to provide return consignment details. I have no way of contacting PayPal the bot blocks every attempt. Seller won't respond for return address. My hands are tied so I end up losing refund and stuck with item useless to me. PayPal say they gave your back.. then why is it impossible to contact them when we genuinely need assistance

How can a company have such a bad platform to access. I used the free version with ease, but as soon as you pay for a subscription you go into a dark hole. Can't log in, keeps putting you into the free version which then limits the amount of asks, no chat support, they might reply in two days. Can someone say Terrible! Just wasted $120.00. Do not use this platform. So many to choose from any suggestions on another with useful support?

For the second time, they have failed to deliver a parcel, saying that they can't find the address (they're the only company that seems to have this problem). The first time this happened I called customer service and confirmed the address, they told me the parcel would arrive in a few days, but it never did. I decided to try again a few months later but exactly thesame thing... Really bad service.

I placed a click and collect order with Uniqlo on 4/8/22, which stated delivery would be within 3-5 working days. On 6/8/22 I received notification that my item had just shipped, with a tracking link. By 16/8/22 I had still heard nothing and the tracking information still said “just shipped”. After much searching on their site I found out how to raise a customer service call (they hide this well!). I got a response a couple of days later to say that they would investigate the whereabouts of my order and get back to me within 1-2 working days. It’s now 4 days and I’ve still heard nothing. I’ve been a regular customer for quite some time and feel very badly let down by their customer service. They have my money but I don’t have any goods and I’m not getting any answers. I really wouldnt recommend buying online from Uniqlo. Such a shame because their clothing is good quality and a fair price and there a very few stores left.

Routledge is not set up to provide timely customer support. For example, I was not recognized when I signed in to access my resources (purchased textbook and supplemental materials). There is no number to call for support. Everything is by email. I sent one on a Friday. I sent again and they needed me to send a screenshot. It is over a week and I still am locked out. I am trying to prepare the final exam and it is extremely frustrating
