This company has crossed a line from aggressive marketing to stalking in my opinion. They trolled a Microsoft forum then after reading comments about dissatisfaction connected those comments with my account and contacted me. The username on the Microsoft forum was anonymised. Second they are sending out emails to activate paid features that deliberately look like user requests. Presumably hoping to trick (probably small business owners, into turning on costly services. They structure their metrics in a way that means you can’t easily get an idea of usage, limiting you to one month at a time. Finally they call my personal phone number when they want to get in touch with me. Despite numerous requests to remove it, which is a violation of GDPR. One of the shadiest, most unethical, predatory companies I’ve ever dealt with. If you haven’t started with them yet, RUN.

Your most recent upgrade is garbage. When I click on the listing, all I see is when the shop mirrored. I don’t know who does your website design and upgrades, but you need to replace them. It would be quicker to scroll through the TV and look at the listing itself. Thanks for nothing.

The service won't download and after reporting and asking to extend the time and I get a reply telling me it's my ISP.Really it's my ISP why does it happen on several and I can download things no issue and have performed speed checks no issues downloading normally.

Have given 2 stars as actually enjoy the Walter Presents content, some really good dramas from around the world.However, even accepting the content is free and therefore ads are a necessity, I often get double advert helpings. As an example, this morning I endured 11 adverts lasting 4 minutes 17 seconds, followed immediately by 10 adverts lasting 3 minutes 58 seconds (I know the times because I am on a running machine). In total I watched 30 minutes of All4 programming, over 14 minutes of which were adverts. Nearly 50% of time in adverts is simply ridiculous. Happy to accept adverts C4, but sort out your algorithm to make it 25% maximum!

Their customer support is so bad you can't even imagine. I wanted to make a warranty claim so I contacted the trough email. I contacted them 11.03.20. All good until I got a warranty denial today because the product was purchased in an unauthorized reseller (there aren't any in my country). Waited 22 days just to hear that...

Bought a new laptop from Lenovo about 8 months ago. It lives in my house and I am the only person with an account on it to use it. I am very careful with it. One day after using it for a few hours it starts making a very loud noise with the fan. After extensive Whatsapp chat with Lenovo support they allowed me to book a repair without wiping all my data first (in case that's what was causing the noise?!?). I send it off for repair, and hear back a couple of days later that "the problem was caused by Customer Induced Damage (CID). This is full CID, no in warranty work can be done." This is totally incorrect. So now it seems the warranty on a Lenovo machine is worth nothing.I buy laptops for my business and usually go for Lenovo for the build quality but after this I will be 100% switching to Dell. Disgraceful customer service.

They will block you FOR NO REASON nd after ask you to authenticate account doinf 10 step long puzzle and at the end they will say something wrong HAPPENED AND WONT UNBLOCK YOU EVEN IF WASTED TIME TRY TO AUTHENTICATE THEY ARE CRAP AND ELON MUSK SUCK.....................
