Online order at Jordan Creek Store not pulled in 5 hours

We are supposed to get snow so I placed an online order for toddler snow boots at 10 am, They were available in the size I wanted in 3 colors. I chose pickup in store. Did not ever get notified to pick them up so my daughter stopped in at 3:00pm. The employee at the counter was rude and asked "why would you come in when you haven't been notified?" and said they had not yet been pulled even though it had been over 5 hours. Another employee went to pull them and came back and said they were now out of stock and the order would be cancelled. I chatted with customer service online and asked them to cancel my order, which they did. Even though it says online that the card will not be charged until the order is picked up, I was told funds will drop off in 3-5 days. Very frustrated because I could have run out to the store and just purchased the boots this morning. Will not be back to DSW Jordan Creek!

If I could zero stars I would. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call to cancel a booking that they said was easy to cancel within a timeline. No one gets back to me and an unhelpful bot is all I can get on the phone. It’s appalling.

Overall a reasonable cloud with many features, tho an outdated interface. But when something goes wrong you're on your own. Was about to get charged for November via card payment, as usual. Got an email, payment failed as card expired.Alright no big deal, I just login and update to my new card and pay what I owe. But jokes on me, account suspended for abusing aws service. No further information.What's this about I thought, looked for ways to contact support and see what had happened. Every single method to do so requires login, which can't be done because my account is locked.Then after 30 minutes of looking I found a contact form page used for people unable to login, just like me, great I thought, filled in the form, including which account it was about. Immediately got a automatic response, we're not allowed to talk account related matters over email, you have to login...Been a few days now, no human response, no way to contact someone who actually understand this very simple problem and might help to fix it. Well, guess I just take my business elsewhere as I can't pay so all my customers data might disappear at any point in time, because right now they're playing Russian roulette with my business which I hate to admit relies too much on aws.

Save your money and grab a OpenAI account!

Before ChatGPT was founded, questions were solved by real human instructors of various experiences, and their answers were nearly perfect. But later, whenever I posted a question, I used to get the answers instantly, with an ironic amount of mistakes, I sent the same questions to chatgpt, and got the exact same response as that I got on chegg. Obviously wont recommend anyone spending $15-$20 on something they can get for free

Ordered refrigerator 6/26/24They told me 7/12 eta for delivery then a week ago 7/16 eta, today 7/12 i get another email delayed again go online and reschedule, i do that and the 16th shows available. I call them and they said the system hasn't been updated, i ask when will it be delivered, they said we don’t have a date. We can probably switch to another product i said no i purchased a package and want it all too match and i got 4th of july sale. Im so pissed right now. Why advertise and sale inventory you don't have and cannot get until who knows when. I purchased this in store not online. Mind you ive already received a cc bill for payment..smh.And just spent another 3k for appliances for my moms rental. Hopefully this will be delivered on time..im so annoyed with best buy

Customer service is horrible regarding plus card

Called customer service to help me with their plus card since the system says it does not register and got a horrible response. Very unprofessional and they need to ramp up their customer service even if it is being monitored. Further info: I recently got a new local plus card from my local kroger and the pre loaded card does not register nor is it existant according to the system.

Terrible customer services , takes a while to get through and when you do they can literally take hours to reply to a simple question. Also the app keeps having problems loading keeps stating I need to reload it. I would not recommend this exchange to a soul. If they just improved their customer service then maybe just maybe they wouldn’t have quite clearly bad reviews from the majority of people. COINBASE here I come my friends
