Who is the customer here?

I have been a customer for several years. I have put up with abuse, lack of customer service, and no form of customer response. Everytime I run into a problem Wells Fargo leaves me out in the rain without resolution. Time to move on to a new bank. If you have a Wells Fargo account, get out. Today I called Wells Fargo (WF) to complain about a checking account issue I thought was resolved 3 months ago. The recording came on that said "we are receiving an unusually high number of calls". This is BS and a very deceiving voice mail. WF always receives a high number of calls because as a customer for 10+ years, I know that WF always has this same recording on--but never adds enough personnel to service their customer base. Simply put, WF has the attitude that customers can wait till WF has the time to answer their phones. I started calling at 1pm PST and was on hold for 48 mins then disconnnected. Called back waited 30 mins for someone to answer--transferred three times and disconnected. Called back and this time gave the rep my number to call me back if we became disconnected. Was transferred again 3 times then "put on a brief hold" 45 mins later, someone answered and told me I was transferred to the wrong dept. She transferred me again--call was disconnected--no one called back. At 4:48pm I called back waited 20 minutes for someone to answer. I was very upset with having to listen while on hold to a WF voice telling me how cusotmer service is their main priority--not my experience and so far from the truth. Then while on hold the phone began to ring, leading me to believe a person would finally answer. NOT! I received a voice mail that said the dept was closed leave a message. REALLY? I am so over this. Moving my business to the credit union.
