Amazon's poor customer service cost me £87

The reason I am leaving this review is because Amazon won't publish my review because they say it focuses on one of yhe following "We could not post your review because it focuses on one or more of these topics:Sellers Delivery Packaging Pricing Availability". However the real issue lay with Amazon customer service. Basically I ordered an expensive prescription Royal Canin catfood and within 24 hours was told by vet I needed a different one. The same day I found I could not cancel online so I had a phone call to tell amazon I did not want the items ordered and would like to exchange them. As it had been despatched I was told all I could do was refuse delivery. I also received an email conforming this. I was not at home when it was delivered - my husband who is 80 tried to open the package to see if it was the cat food which I had said to refuse but being before Christmas the delivery driver was in a hurry and left before he managed to check what was in the parcel. I wrote a complaining review. I didn't bother mentioning the difficulty my husband had had as I thought it was ridiculous that you had to be home to refuse delivery if you had already informed amazon the items were unwanted even if they had neen dispatched it was within a day of the order! What do people do who live alone? I had wanted to exchange it but found online it was non-returnable. I had by now ordered the right prescription cat food (this time made by Hills) from a different supplier as our cat was sick and needed it quickly. Our cat will need this food for life. Royal Canin and Amazon have lost a repeat order by being so intransigent. I found their email suggesting I amend my review and the one simply restating that I had been told by phone to refuse delivery and including lots if links to policy docs quite insulting. So the still unopened cat food will go to our vet's surgery. And I will never buy that cat food or get my cat food via amazon again. Poor show Amazon. They have cost me £87 for something I did not want and cannot return despite informing them within 24 hours the items were unwanted.

MISSING PARTS ! Having read other reviews and Lego's response to missing parts lm sending the kit back for a refund. I bought it for my grandchild who was very upset to find parts missing, as am l. I thought Lego was a reliable brand.

I purchased and downloaded a file with images of chickens, named chickens and they were chickadee birds and of no use. I cannot contact anyone to get a refund or getting help is impossible.

Mentally challenged and conceited Support staff

Sony PlayStation Support is very quick to suspend or ban your account, but when you need them to help you take action against another user who's defrauded you, it's "No, nothing to do with us. We'll give you no help, go somewhere else. It's your problem". Effing conceited c**ts in the complaints department will give you a terse, rude response and the Support agents are an embarrassing joke who end the chat if it requires them to go off script. PATHETIC!! Gas the lot of them!!!

NEVER RECEIVED OUR TICKETS

I purchased tickets 11/19/16 and received a confirmation that had the seat numbers listed but said that there was a delay in delivery for the tickets. I discovered the evening of the concert 2/9/17 that I never received them either by email or post. That's never happened to me before.Luckily the venue accepted the confirmation and printed tickets for us at the box office.

Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on Feb 15th that was delivered to the wrong address. I tried contacting Abercrombie customer help immediately to pause the order or correct the address. The associate assured me there was no need to change the address and that I would receive a refund as soon as the package was delivered to the wrong address and not to worry. Once the package was delivered, I contacted customer help to set up the refund. I was told I was given the wrong information by the previous associate and would have to wait until the package was returned to the sender. The package was held for a month until it was returned. Last week, I saw via the online tracking system that the package had been returned to Abercrombie. I contacted customer help and asked how long the refund would take now that my item had been returned, and the associate told me the item had not been received (when I could clearly see it was at the warehouse).

Then you get standard answers back without them answering your question or finding out what is really going on. Or else... you're being fobbed off. I have been trying to deposit money for more than 3 weeks now, but every time I get an error stating that I need to contact customer service, but they then do nothing more than refer you.

I was told I'd get a two week trial after I paid $2000. I called to cancel and they said that was not true. I was totally baited and switched. Also I never knew there was a monthly charge of $50. Totally was a surprise. Worst of all, what I'm paying for only grants a small fraction of their tools. LAME. Last but not least, there Contact Us page is broken and I can't even complain about it to anyone!!
