Dear BBB,Thank you. I have repeatedly informed you that Yahoo did not provide the required information. If they give me something that has nothing to do with my request, then how could it be considered "answered".By the way, could you please explain what the definition of "answered" is? Is BBB considering that even if Yahoo provides me with a reply that doesn’t make any sense, it is considered "answered" and the request is fulfilled?I have firmly informed BBB that you should not publish this case as "answered". I hope the BBB will be fair in your conduct. You claim you will help/ensure the victims/consumers receive fair treatment from the service providers, but are you really being fair in this case? You keep siding with Yahoo U.S., although they didn’t perform their job. Please read all their emails to me and see how rudely and badly they are answered. Is this considered "answered" for you?You may close this case, but not with the remark "answered". I am strongly against publishing this case with an "answered" status. Otherwise, I will need to lodge an official complaint with the BBB for not being fair but claiming to be one just for your publicity. I will post my review on BBB for this matter as well if you post this case as "answered". Since I lodged this case, I must agree with BBB for you to place this case in "answered" status. I believe the BBB will practice integrity in handling any cases. I will not contact the BBB for any service provider-related matters, as I feel you are not being fair in your conduct in this matter.
