Review of pakke

Shocking customer service and time wasting!

We used Pakke.dk to send 2 large 30 kg 'Coffin' snowboard bags from Denmark to Spain via UPS.The first package arrived after a few days but the 2nd package 'disappeared' -To be clear this was UPS fault NOT Pakke.dk - However Pakke.dk were worse than useless to assist us to find the package or make a claim (it would have been much quicker and straight forward with UPS directly (not to mention cheaper we found out afterwards!!!) As we had booked UPS through Pakke.dk we were always relying on them - then never contacted us -it was always us contacting them. After 5 months they said UPS couldn't find it and we needed the receipts for all the equipment that was now officially 'lost'. We then spent a number of hours getting all the old receipts together to send (around 30,000DKK worth) Pakke.dk asked us to send the same receipts 3 times as they are so disorganised )and the same claims form 3 times!!! After another 3 months and multiple emails/calls to Pakke.dk they finally came back to us to say compensation with them was limited to 500dkk -so why the heck did they make me waste many months and hours getting receipts together for 30,000dkk - I would avoid and simply book direct with the shipping company (Ticket# 166678) - Re: (Ticket# 162723) - Re: Pakke.dk Ordre 1542700 er blevet leveret (DELIVERED)Update: as you can see below they asked for my customer number to follow up my complaint and surprise surprise they did nothing avoid avoid avoid!

The best screen / video recording service!

Superb & fast screen / audio / video recording tool, using a modern elegant interface for Mac/Win or browser plugin and an invaluable service for providing support / feedback. Their support teams use Loom to provide some of the best support / feedback for any company I've ever seen, proving how important customer service is and how it builds customer satisfaction & loyalty. This service should be adopted by all companies providing feedback / support and communication in general. Their free plan allows up to 100 recordings, you can archive off those videos you don't actively need, increasing your recording allowance. Paid plans allow unlimited recordings & add a slew of additional useful features for just £10 p/m. They have a great roadmap of upcoming features and welcome suggested improvements. We're all using computers in some form these days and this service really helps communication.

Review of Zoom

Zoom Phone is unreliable and there is zero support

The meeting service is general quite good. The interface is simple enough. The issue with their service relates specifically to their Zoom Phone. To be honest, it really doesn't work reliably. We have consent problems with Android, iOS and Windows where calls do not ring and they fail to answer. I'm providing a rather harsh review because Zoom doesn't seem to care much at all. Even if you get to a live support agent, which is a trick or itself. All they do is "review internal logs" them claim there is no issue. I'm reporting this today, since I have missed 4 business calls within an hour. The problem has been persistent and the typical exist was COVID and high demand. It's 2023. Figure it out, and stop selling it until you do!

It’s a bit ‘hit and miss’ so you have to choose carefully and check the material etc. only thing I do t like is the constant emails and push notifications. I had to remove the app and block emails, but then they started to send me texts, which I blocked but they continue to send. How they do this is beyond me. I will not shop with them again as I’m sick of the constant intrusion in my life.

Redbubble wants to bully actually artists from their website

Redbubble increased their fees again for standard accounts, which means that they away 2/3rds of the artists' profit. The site isn't as fun to use anymore because you're working hard for nothing.AI artists overflow the website but we get bullied for that. Unfair.

If I could give a zero for hotels.com I…

If I could give a zero for hotels.com I would. They are thieves. The customer service is non existent. The reply’s back sound like automatic replies. The hotel agreed to give back the money due to an unkept hotel room but hotels.com refused to refund the money. Will never use hotels.com again and I suggest you don’t either unless you want to pay for services you don’t recieve.

Price match guarantee is a lie-they have no intention of keeping their word

I have booked a number of times with hotels.com and not had any issue however, this time I am beyond disgusted and will never book with them again. I booked my hotel, found a better price, so followed through with their price match guarantee. Initially it was declined, but eventually they agreed that yes there was a lower price and that I would be credited the difference to my account within 72 hours of my stay ($300+). It has now been almost 4 months since check out, multiple emails have been sent , and I just kept getting blown off. Apparently they are still ‘working on it and will be in touch’. Quite frankly I think they are hoping I will disappear and give up. Never again. Their customer service is beyond appalling. If the company can’t keep its promises then don’t make them in the first place!

I placed the same order by mistake…

I placed the same order by mistake twice due to being so tired being a carer for my husband who has alzheimers and I called the pizza shop straight away and canceled it and then DoorDash and asked if they can refund my money and they said no, it is against their policy and that the order was already being made and the driver was there ready to pick it up. I placed the order at 4.57, they open at 5.00pm and I had to order ahead and the time slot was 5.50pm to 6.10pm for delivery but according to DoorDash the order was accepted, they canceled it but refused the refund, that was nearly half our fortnights groceries money they keep from 2 eldery people on disability pensions that made an honest mistake.

PREMIUM SERVICE, IT'S TRICKY TO GET OUT

LinkedIn must have the poorest Customer Service in the industry. To be a business that is centered around the Business Industry for them to not be a leader in customer service is just unforgivable. I just recently added the premium service temporarily to try it for a few weeks. I was very careful to cancel prior to the end of the 1 month free trial. But when I went to the cancellation page I found it to be incredibly confusing. I left wondering, "Did I really get this cancelled?". So When the $45 bill arrived on my credit card this month of course I was livid. It was impossible to get any customer service or a refund. I left messages for call backs on the queue twice with no return call. I Chatted on line with some one who refused to help me and referred me to the refund policy and ended the chat. So DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PREMIUM SERVICE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO GET OUT!!!
