Shocking customer service and time wasting!

We used Pakke.dk to send 2 large 30 kg 'Coffin' snowboard bags from Denmark to Spain via UPS.The first package arrived after a few days but the 2nd package 'disappeared' -To be clear this was UPS fault NOT Pakke.dk - However Pakke.dk were worse than useless to assist us to find the package or make a claim (it would have been much quicker and straight forward with UPS directly (not to mention cheaper we found out afterwards!!!) As we had booked UPS through Pakke.dk we were always relying on them - then never contacted us -it was always us contacting them. After 5 months they said UPS couldn't find it and we needed the receipts for all the equipment that was now officially 'lost'. We then spent a number of hours getting all the old receipts together to send (around 30,000DKK worth) Pakke.dk asked us to send the same receipts 3 times as they are so disorganised )and the same claims form 3 times!!! After another 3 months and multiple emails/calls to Pakke.dk they finally came back to us to say compensation with them was limited to 500dkk -so why the heck did they make me waste many months and hours getting receipts together for 30,000dkk - I would avoid and simply book direct with the shipping company (Ticket# 166678) - Re: (Ticket# 162723) - Re: Pakke.dk Ordre 1542700 er blevet leveret (DELIVERED)Update: as you can see below they asked for my customer number to follow up my complaint and surprise surprise they did nothing avoid avoid avoid!
