Laura Veloso is so helpful! She is an expert in her field!I not long ago purchased a yamaha weighted key digital piano also from her….And I was taken back on her knowledge and quickness of retrieving info on any topic that sparked my music endeavor’s interests!She was super polite. THE sharpest woman I have ever come across in the music field.As I saw her [effectively] multi-tasking and paying personal close attention to everyone’s needs…….I am certain, that whatever career path she we’re to undergo, she would not only succeed, but excel amongst the best!Very impressed with her communication and sales skills. And bright positive attitude.Grateful to have crossed paths, with such a focused, compelling, healthy woman.I did not receive the email previously to comment on her helpfulness and attitude….. so I am doing so now.Probably won’t do it justice to how I would have reflected in the moment, the last time I was there.This was a phone sales transaction. But none the less, always a prompt yet fulfilling interaction with Laura.The staff there…… between management, Ken, and Laura……This is by far the only Guitar Center I’d like to ever purchase from.Now reflecting back to my experience getting the yamaha p-115…..She was spontaneous. Extremely quick-witted. I thought for sure she was studying at Med school while working part-time. [Actually asked her if this was the case]. I had never that day spoken such words to a worker before…. But I remember that day in person there…..That I had the strongest sense of far-reaching success. High career accomplishments. Online chess is rife with cheaters and chess.com does almost nothing to stop it. They have a reporting facility but what's the point if they never review the accounts being reported?!Management is either naive or complicit in the amount of cheating going on on their website as no efforts have been made in over a decade of known cheating problem. They could create pools of known honest players. Either by ID or skin in game via a money deposit which is forfeited if caught cheating. But no anti-cheating innovation comes from this greedy, for profit organization, capitalizing on honest paying players being taken advantage by immoral brain dead cheaters.The digital game of chess is dead and all thanks to platforms like chess.com doing nothing to stop it.

Etsy purchased item. Damaged no one to return item to. Seller not responding and now Etsy are saying this company no longer has an account with ETSY . No way of contacting ETSY. They continually refer to the seller. It is all automated, so I'm stuck with an item of no use and no refund either! WILL NEVER BUY FORM ETSY again.

I don't recommend this service to anyone. Paying for the membership is a scam. I needed their services, and on two occasions they arrived 6 hours late without sending updates, and on the third occasion, no one showed up at all. It’s a mediocre, third-world service. Save yourself the frustration. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Ordered a €2800 digital piano from Thomann for my music school. Firstly, it took them nearly 24 hours to process the order, and took the same amount of time for the order to appear on my orders page on their site. In fact, I wasn’t even sure if they got the order at all. Now that the order is shipped, there is no tracking info. or any way of knowing when to expect arrival of what is a very large and expensive order. Having spoken to the customer service team, I was told that they don’t track large items. Over 2 weeks later, still no delivery and Thomann’s haulage company won’t return my calls or messages. I would have thought that there would be more reason to able to track large expensive items, but that’s just me! I run a music school and my students and staff have been with Thomann for over 15 years on my recommendation and never had any issues up to now. They do have great prices on items but It’s a pity to see the apparent decline in their customer service. A high end Yamaha clp 845 DIGITAL piano is simply too costly, large and fragile an item for Thomann to not provide tracking for. The piano eventually did arrive, no notice given of arrival by the courier, no calling ahead to see if there was anyone at home to receive a 60kg+ delivery. It just landed at my house unannounced and I just happened by chance to be at home at the time.

Worse customer service. Every time you email a response you get a different person who has no idea what’s happening. They refused a refund when I was paying for a duo premium plan. I should invoice them for time it’s taken just to get two people on the account. They don’t have managers to deal with escalating issues. So they claim.
