No tracking on €2800 Digital Piano. No notice of delivery given! No value on customer service!

Ordered a €2800 digital piano from Thomann for my music school. Firstly, it took them nearly 24 hours to process the order, and took the same amount of time for the order to appear on my orders page on their site. In fact, I wasn’t even sure if they got the order at all. Now that the order is shipped, there is no tracking info. or any way of knowing when to expect arrival of what is a very large and expensive order. Having spoken to the customer service team, I was told that they don’t track large items. Over 2 weeks later, still no delivery and Thomann’s haulage company won’t return my calls or messages. I would have thought that there would be more reason to able to track large expensive items, but that’s just me! I run a music school and my students and staff have been with Thomann for over 15 years on my recommendation and never had any issues up to now. They do have great prices on items but It’s a pity to see the apparent decline in their customer service. A high end Yamaha clp 845 DIGITAL piano is simply too costly, large and fragile an item for Thomann to not provide tracking for. The piano eventually did arrive, no notice given of arrival by the courier, no calling ahead to see if there was anyone at home to receive a 60kg+ delivery. It just landed at my house unannounced and I just happened by chance to be at home at the time.
