Laura Veloso is so helpful! She is an expert in her field!I not long ago purchased a yamaha weighted key digital piano also from her….And I was taken back on her knowledge and quickness of retrieving info on any topic that sparked my music endeavor’s interests!She was super polite. THE sharpest woman I have ever come across in the music field.As I saw her [effectively] multi-tasking and paying personal close attention to everyone’s needs…….I am certain, that whatever career path she we’re to undergo, she would not only succeed, but excel amongst the best!Very impressed with her communication and sales skills. And bright positive attitude.Grateful to have crossed paths, with such a focused, compelling, healthy woman.I did not receive the email previously to comment on her helpfulness and attitude….. so I am doing so now.Probably won’t do it justice to how I would have reflected in the moment, the last time I was there.This was a phone sales transaction. But none the less, always a prompt yet fulfilling interaction with Laura.The staff there…… between management, Ken, and Laura……This is by far the only Guitar Center I’d like to ever purchase from.Now reflecting back to my experience getting the yamaha p-115…..She was spontaneous. Extremely quick-witted. I thought for sure she was studying at Med school while working part-time. [Actually asked her if this was the case]. I had never that day spoken such words to a worker before…. But I remember that day in person there…..That I had the strongest sense of far-reaching success. High career accomplishments.
