Worse customer service

Worse customer service. Every time you email a response you get a different person who has no idea what’s happening. They refused a refund when I was paying for a duo premium plan. I should invoice them for time it’s taken just to get two people on the account. They don’t have managers to deal with escalating issues. So they claim.
