If you have problems with your studies just use Chat GPT it much easier to use and more usefull, if you try to ask gemini about articles hes very restricted, never gives you normal answers, and alot of missunderstanding by AI its just awful
Please please please, for the love of god, PLEASE give us an easy option to remove Google Gemini from Gmail accounts ENTIRELY. It's driving me insane. I don't need help writing emails, nor any help to "polish" them. The relentless pop-ups are incredibly, incredibly annoying. I beg you, please listen to your customers. We've all been writing emails for decades, without assistance. We don't need this. And if we did, it should be something we can opt to add it, not that's there by default, relentlessly, all the time. At least back in the day if we didn't want Clippy, we could just click once and it was gone. Get rid of it!!
Something strange about gemini is that if your account is under 18 (in this case, mine is 16), then gemini will say for almost every response "I will talk approporiately to a user that is not 18." something around those lines, and i can barely ever get responses.Another problem for the PC website (gemini.google.com) is that if you sometimes press enter too many times or the website starts lagging, sometimes gemini will get stuck and show a ton of loading lines, and you need to start a new chat to fix it.Last thing that can be pretty much fixed is that gemini talks really lifelessly (i do not know how to describe it in another way), because i could ask it something, it just gives me a websites description, and other times during conversations, it doesent even feel like an AI, it feels like ur just speaking to a rock. Since i cant upload images, heres some actual responses i got written in text- Me "Hi"- Gemini "Hi"- Me "How are you doing?"- Gemini "Good. Thanks."and when i anoy it by spamming OK several times to just see what it says, it says (this is pasted from gemini exactly)"Okay, I will keep that in mind."or"I'm designed to be used by adults. If you're looking for something age-appropriate, you might ask an adult to help you find it."or"I'm unable to help you with that, as I'm only a language model and don't have the necessary information or abilities."I just find it strange, but anyone over 18 probably is fine with it.Google should just work a bit on gemini and i guess it will work, cuz all other companies just use GPT, google out here starting fresh new
What a joke which it does not understand human language. It does not even deserve to be running as AI assistant and killing trade-off Google Assistant as default choice
Do not listen to a word this thing says. It’s not artificial intelligence, it’s artificial complete lack of intelligence. I was silly to assume that it was correct when I asked it “can I still use my Apple Pay while waiting for a new card” - it said yes, so I ordered a new bank card. I couldn’t use my Apple Pay and it’s caused so much stress. Just now I asked it about something I know to be true and it said the opposite. It’s beyond useless and most likely just a propaganda tool.
It simply exists to be hated, that's all there is to say. It was already dumb when it was launched, and gives even dumber "answers" and is being artificially made even more dumb. Why is it existing? It was never worth it's development. Google as a company, much more than companies like for example OpenAI (ClosedAI) or Anthropic, and they did it, they developed AIs that worked at least a bit. But what die Google do? Failed completely. This has to cause a big damage to the whole company, if you think logical. So there is the question, why doesn't it?!!!!!!And to Google directly:Please stop the whole Gemini project. Please do something good to the world and just stop this "AI assistant" or whatever it should be. See, you are not able to develop an AI, you're already last in the competition, so it makes no sense, that Gemini is still existing and keeps getting worse. Sorry, but that's the truth.
Dumbest model I've ever used. I've a very simple task of reading text files and looking at paths to build a folder structure. This mongoloid of a model spends more time complaining, messing up or doing the wrong task. It's not an a.i it's more of a google search in chat form. A.I is evolving at a rapid rate and this pile of crap is 10 years behind. I could actually make a more useful LLM within a weeks work compared to this. I've used many LLM on hugging face and open router, Gemini's so slow when you give it a prompt it will actually come back with a completely different context.Chat gptGrokAnthropic are lightyears ahead of gemini.
