No help from Booking.com when stranded

If you're stranded in a crappy hotel overseas and think Booking.com got your back, think twice! All they'll offer you is 25 euros and for you to continue staying at a hotel where the power and AC goes out several times a day on a hot summer afternoon and there is no running water for hours on end. Very disappointed.

English speaking & friendly Customer Service with perfect Delivery and promises :)

I recently moved to DE, and I don't speak German. Hence for me I wanted to order from the portal which has English speaking customer service. You never know when you need one. The prices are very competitive when comparing others.Very friendly customer service always willing to help. I order almost 100% of the new house furniture from Otto. Delivery was smooth and as promised. Problem were rectified immediately with expert help when required, have no reason to complain but to recommend anyone moving to Germany and cannot speak German. I haven't found any other portal who have English speaking customer service with fantastic support. Throughout the delivery haven't found anything damaged, packing was perfect despite being more 100kgs in total. I live on the last level and the delivery by Hermes Gelsenkirchen is perfect :) Customer service are friendly always willing to help :) being assembling for the first time in Germany. We always have someone to rely on, when you don't know the language to call out for help :)

Biased news outlet, where's the money?

An odd mix of "sky is falling" and conspiracy theories. Who's behind this? Who's funding this effort? I pick up the printed copy occasionally, and some of this is really disturbing. It feeds the hysterical fringe for sure. Balanced? Not a bit.

Worst order fulfillment and customer service ever (literally)

Ordered many things on the samsung.com website, because I worked there. But since I quit, I will never order from this site again. 50:50 chance in getting your order delivered at all or very late (like weeks). Go buy from Best Buy or Amazon if you need to buy their products.
