Never again. Purchased tickets to an event about two months in advance. The week before I realised I will not be able to attend so emailed the organiser. They ignored multiple emails and Eventbrite charge the fee but refuse to help. Started a dispute with the bank and hoping to get my money back. Useless company that only cares about the money they make off you but make no attempt to help when a problem occur. Also if you want to buy tickets to Slaughterfest just know they will ignore you if you ask for a refund beforehand.

Where do I start? This company is probably the only company that I know that if they tell your parcel will be there the following day, it is. I heavily rely on AmaZon for my work and it’s really reassuring knowing that I can order items and be 99% sure they willarrive when expected. When I have had to speak to the customer service team they are efficient and always ready to find a solution. I cannot fault them or the service provided by Amazon!

Website and Customer ServiceWhen i was booking a hotel through Agoda, during the process the website crashed, i got a confirmation that the booking was incomplete. I booked again this time the website crashed again so i went onto another website and booked the hotel straight away and got confirmation. Shortly after i got an email from Agoda saying the Hotel booking is confirmed, so i quickly contact them and explained what happend, they advised that they were unable to refund me due to the Hotel cancellation policy, so i explained again and also explained i had booked it with another agent, and still got the run around. I went to the Hotel explained the whole situation to them and they said, no problem, we will confirm with Agoda to refund me, when i told Agoda this, they said there is a 3rd Party agent who is also involved, so i explained i booked with Agoda not a 3rd Party...........if i was to tell you i have spoken to Agoda several times and endless emails and all i get is fobbed off. Save yourself time, money and headache and use another booking.com agent, the process is smoother, Agoda do not accept any responsibility for their website, nor this 3rd party that they say is involved, they have kept my money and now refusing to respond or acknowledge. if i didnt know better id say this website is a scam. DO NOT USE AGODA, their customer support and website cannot be trusted

Triple way left me Stranded in the middle of the mountain with no help.I am a member with AAA for 17 years My family and I was going on a trip to oak Glen And my truck broke down in the middle of the mountain. So I called triple-a couldn't get through for about 30 minutes. Findly they pick up the phone someone put me on hold. Then Finally answered again and asked me what kind of truck it was and I said is silverado 2500 and my RV That ' on the membership. And i have the RV package and I gave my information and they said they was going to send someone I waited from wait it 3 hour and I called back. And they said wind sea towing It's supposed to get me. I call wind and sea towing. And they said they can tow my truck but not my trailer so call AAA back now AAA said it be would $850 to tow my trailer 20 miles Remind me when I signed up for the RV package.It's supposed to be free up to a hundred miles as longest it hook to the truck Never used Rv package before now.I really need It tow bad and they want to playgames.They are liars and they do shady business.They used to be a stand up reputable company, but not anymore.So let me get on with the story I told them just tow my truck.I will find some one To pick. Up my trailer. In middle of the street block traffic Triple AAA, said okay. And never sent anyone I was there from 11am o'clock to 11 pm In the pitch.Dark with a flashlight Trying to direct traffic, so they would crash into my R V. at night and no one came.I had to call a buddy to pick up my trailer and another buddy with a car trailer to pick up my truck I I kept calling them and calling them. And they kept saying they're gonna send someone They send no body and never did. They are liars and they left me stranded. I am so upset with AAA I PAY THEM over a $50,000 I have TRIPLE-A auto insurance With multiple cars . I have TRIPLE-A Life Insurance. And I had it for 17 years. I added up all the money and it The amount come close to a $50,000 I that pay them over the years and they left me stranded and then they lie to me about my Rv package. They said it covers to a 100 miles. I am so disappointed with AAA if anybody using trip AAA do not use them. They play too many games. And they're not a reputable company.No more.They used to be.I'm still fighting them.I file a complaint in the office with the supervisor and i'm waiting for corporate to call Back sincerely yours, Joe williams.

The app itself is ok but Zillow need to stop promoting some of this nonsense these landlords need to be ashamed for putting some of this junk up for rent then have the audacity to ask a arm and leg Attention All Landlords no one wants to pay 1000.00 to live in a home where the windows haven’t been updated since 1960, and no one uses dirty funky brown carpet anymore,update your cabinets were not in the 1950’s my god ,and paint all your damn wall one descent color , put some good flooring down ,and have the house cleaned before a showing Some of you are terrible and down right cheap the law needs to crack down on landlord abuse then about 80 percent of you swindle people out of deposits people should start suing you all you should have your properties the way you would want to live 50% of the homes in stark counties look like abandoned homes on these rental sites and the city should be notified but this is what Zillow is getting paid to promote shame on you all.

I bought a £700 laptop from them January this year (2024) everything was fine until early September the same year when the laptop just went off and I couldn't get it back on, as it was under a three year warranty I contacted hp to get it repaired they picked it up on the 9th September since then they haven't returned it they said they're is a component Shortage for that laptop (in other words it's been discontinued) It has been nearly 2 months and they still have it and are still saying they don't have the parts for it, so I'm in the middle of a legal battle (CAB and trading standards are involved) to get a refund as I no longer want a laptop that you can't get replacement parts for. They won't respond to my emails about a refund and when I calm the support team they talk me someone will call you back about your problem, twice they have said this to me and twice I haven't received a call back from them. It looks like I'll be taking them to county court to get my money back, so all I can say is their laptops may look good but don't buy one of them as they'll just end up being an expensive doorstop. Look elsewhere. UPDATE 2 Nov I emailed a legal letter to hp customer services stating they have 14 days to either refund my money or explain why they won't. They replied (the only time they have replied to me) saying the screen on the laptop was broken and they sent me a quote which I accepted so unless I pay they will send back the broken laptop. This is a complete lie the laptop had a power issue and that was it, no broken/ cracked screen. I will now be taking this to court to get a refund, their response is unacceptable.

As a Coinbase One subscriber, I was initially excited about the zero trading fees and boosted rewards, but my experience has been deeply disappointing due to an arbitrary reduction of my weekly purchase limit from $300 to $50 without clear explanation. This restriction, coupled with unresponsive support, feels like bullying and makes Coinbase One an unreliable choice for serious crypto investors, despite minor perks like tax reporting tools. Despite providing ID, Social Security, Address, Phone bill, Kyc, employment info, questions etc. They still expect you to pay monthly, for a 300 dollar limit. Avoid coinbase

I paid for an app, but by the time the money came out of my account I had forgotten what it was for and thought it may be that someone had hacked my account.I tried to find out through Google but went round and round in circles. I found phone number for Google, but it doesn't work.I requested a refund through the bank, they gave me another number to try but that didn't work either. They then gave me a refund. I got a letter from the bank stating what the money was for, so I agreed the money go back to Google as I had bought the app.Once the money was taken I tried to use the app but it showed I needed to buy it and the app developer said the hadn't had the money back from Google. Google said they would not refund me because I didn't qualify for that but they didn't send the money to the app developer who refused to give me a membership to their app because they had no money from Google.I've been round and round in circles but no app use and no money back.Google have therefore stolen £37.99 from me. Complete trust in Google gone.

But soon you understand that they talk about 5% of their cut and not the cost of the banking system they chose so it is almost 9-13% the cost. When you try to make the first withdrawal they cancel your account because they cannot verify your website when the website is online and clear this is the reason someone to donate money.
