Ordered lotion which when I opened the package had leaked everywhere and went over me and my clothes. I got through to a human (rare) who agreed that I did not need to return the items (impossible unless I used a spoon!). When I asked what they would do about the mess, the response was they don’t take any responsibility for such issues. Poor customer service and refused to accept my review saying that. Their after service has been in steep decline for year. There are other options so I’ll continue to shop around instead of using Amazon as my ‘go to’ on line shop.

Was scammed into signing up for a yearly subscription for $109 AUD, instead of what I thought was a month one for around $10AUD. Website is not transparent. Once cancelling the recurring billing/subscription on their actual site, I also had to cancel on PayPal the recurring payment. They do all in their power to make the process not transparent and difficult to see what is actually going on. Other's have had the exact same issue as myself. I am not a Boomer Internet noob. This is done on purpose. Awaiting to hear from them about a refund. I'm within the 30day money back guarantee period. Will also lodge a complaint with PayPal. FYI to others - YOU ALSO NEED TO CANCEL RECURRING BILLING VIA THE METHOD YOU PAID, OTHERWISE YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED!!

Option is available but was trap for me. Very much negligence from company. Downfall is starting for this company. It will not run for long time. Absolutely Disastrous Car Remote Starter Installation Experience"I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I spent over $400 on a car remote starter and the recommended installation kit, specifically for my Volkswagen. I scheduled an installation appointment, took time off work, and arrived only to be told the technician had called off, a call before arriving to appointment would have been nice. Fine, things happen. So, I rescheduled, again taking time off work. This time, I was told they couldn't complete the installation because Volkswagens and Audis require two key fobs, something that should have been explained during the initial purchase.To summarize: Two wasted days off work, three weeks of waiting, and absolutely no installation. While I was able to return the merchandise for a refund, I can't get back the time or the immense frustration this whole ordeal caused. It's clear there's a serious lack of communication and expertise in their installation department, especially regarding specific vehicle requirements. I will never waste my time or money at Best Buy again for installations. This was a complete and utter failure."

It's a great app to learn languages. Finding the right tutor is challenging but once you got them they help you with anything you need. The Support is also amazing, friendly and very helpful. I always recommend this app to gain intercultural experiences based on lerning languages!

Please get your money out of here because if you can't access your account. You will lose your money. You cannot call people here.There's no phone numbers that work. This is the worst customer service ever. I am I'm sick right now. I lost 1100.00. That's all the money I had, and now they have it.
