Don’t buy tickets from this company because you will never get it!!!The worst experience buying a tickets ever!!! I paid for my tickets but they are nowhere to be found…. Customer support doesn’t exist apart from AI that is completely useless!!! My bank will do investigation and hopefully refund my money for the ticket I never got!

I raised a complaint to the ICO asking for them to confirm that a data breach had occured and what type of data breach / which part of the law related to this. The organisation who breached my data had already admitted the data breach in writing and reported themselves to the ICO and put improvements in place. Howevr once I asked for compensation the organisation engaged an aggressive solicitor to defend them and deny their responsibility. The ICO apparently looked into my complaint, and wrote me a letter whch stated very little and which did not answer my question as to whether a data breach had occured or not, just that they were satisfied with the actions of the organisation.The ICO clearly discussed the sitaution with the organisation concerned's solicitor. The organisations solicitor waited until the exact date of the ICO's response to reply to me. Their reply denied any data breach and relied upon the ICO's response to proove this. The whole situation was a total set up. The ICO is not objective or impartial. It appears to site with organisations and I am not sure what the poinf of them is. Their website states what should and should not happen and describes aspects of the law. Yet those working for the ICO appear to be unaware of the actual data protection legislation. It is totaly pointless. I now have to go to the ombudsman and my MP.

Awful service. Tried to renew my annual membership (in fact tried to upgrade to a joint senior membership) and managed to speak to an advisor and was advised that my payment datails had been taken, and the renawal would be completed off call, and i would receive an email which would act as a membership confirmation pending delivery of a new card. To date 8/2/23 to 16/2/23 no such e mail has been received. Furthermore my membership appears to be still showing renewal required.I have tried to contact an advisor, but kept on hold for over 20 mins on two separate occasions..I have also sent 2 x e mails which remain unanswered.Very poor customer service, and experience...Ive given up the renewal process and this after being a member for some years.Get a grip National trust..

Absolute mercenary excuse for a charity.Visited Blickling Hall for a Park Run and forced to pay £ 5.00 for an hours parking.Members get a discount but I didn’t have £100 to spare.Other National Trust sites give you a discount for these events…Even to go to church you have to pay?Not disabled friendly either.Best avoided.

ZERO STARS! cancelled accommodation a few hours before, having then to rush round to re book elsewhere and then organise parking etc whixh left us then paying top dollar due to needing accomodation on the day!! I will NEVER use this company again or Expedia.co.uk!

After the nightmare of having my Instagram and Facebook accounts disabled with no way to contact support, I’ve finally got them back! In the end, getting a blue tick on my husband’s account made all the difference—we were able to reach out directly, and they sorted everything within 24 hours. Such a relief!
