In the last 21 deliveries from Amazon Shipping Australia only one driver read the delivery instructions. Before that Dragonfly Shipping at least read them half the time. Each time I complain they won't let me talk to a manager and promise that it'll never happen again. I used to like shopping with Amazon but now I'm looking for alternatives.

Can't even be bothered writing all the reasons why, it would be pages and pages long. Just don't, everything about Mailchimp is a rip off and rubbish. Awful, awful support, too. Utter disrespect for customers who've spent thousands with them.Just don't.

Worst customer service ever. They offer a subscription based no questions asked camera replacement + device warranty but when it comes to using it, you cannot get a hold of them. They pick up the phone in 15 min until they hear the problem, then when it comes to doing something about it, they’re nowhere to be found. They don’t let you call them, they don’t let you email them. The only thing you can do is go on their website and create a ticket. When you try to do that it days “approx wait time is next business day” then you wait 2 weeks, still nothing. Then you get an email after 3 weeks saying “sorry we missed your message, please create a ticket to get in touch with us again” hahaha. I mean if you can’t follow up on your promises for warranty services, just don’t offer them at all. I was expecting this to be an easy process but I feel like they’re just avoiding you to fix the issue basically. If I knew this was gonna happen, I would’ve stayed away from go pro products all together. Save yourself some time, go look at other options. The product is only worth as much as their customer service which is nonexistent.
Review of thumbtack
Before anything else, why does trustpilot require a date-of-experience? That can cause companies to be unfair to certain parties for no reason! That has been attested to by many ex-members, and it is why i am compelled to enter a different date. Now to the point: It's awful, as a job requester, to feel guilt and pressure because of knowing that each time i contact a company, that company gets a hefty charge for each "lead" most of which don't actualize. So why can't Thumbtack provide a section wherein Job Requesters can advertise for $10 that they're seeking pro's within XX radius of their location? After all, travel is time and money. Note that location-radius should apply as well to search-criteria, when searching for pro's. The ad should enable requesters to state the max price they're willing to spend on the job (as long as clear photo's are provided), and whether they want the pro to provide all necessary materials for the job, which should be included within the job cost. By narrowing such things down, costs and mutual-pressure might be lessened. The site is also very unclear regarding the difference between the Job-Done button, the Cancel-Job link, and the Archive option. For example, lets say the contractor and myself did not come to an agreement on pricing during initial phone discussion. Do i then Cancel-Job? After all, there wasn't any job!! Merely an initial discussion!! Technologists fail to grasp how unclear their terminology and procedures are. We are not mind readers! And when you try to phone, you either get disconnected, or the rep. at other end can't hear you due to "breaking up". They can't give you a straight answer about the definition of all these functions.

Its weird but I have great big hands, being able to hold my phone by it self is difficult. I really like this new phone cover not only because its durable but its very ergonomic and very classy and there's a great kickstand/ phone holder that I normally would buy separately, I tell you just a great phone cover I highly recommend it for you or a friend

Customer support processes not suited for bugfixing of such critical service, support tickets are frequently not fully read, platform unstable with frequent problems, I could go on and on. Store Breaking issues go for 96 hours unfixed. My experience with this company was terrible. Overall it's an operation wise terribly managed business with an OK product on good days and a not working product on bad days.

I cancelled the service in January 2021 and kept charged Feb through April. I contacted the customer service several times but was told to wait until it is refunded. Today, I talked to them again and was told that I could get only ONE month refunded among those three months that I have not used. What a nonsense it is!!! I've experienced the worse customer service ever and will NOT use Google fi ever again. Btw, the phone call quality was as terrible as their customer service!
Review of garmin
There was an issue processing my online order. Instead of an email linking back to website to resolve the problem online I had to ring support listen to automated various messages and wait 15 + minutes to speak to someone to resolve. Then asked to stay on the line to complete a survey!EDIT: Called back 2 days later as there was no update on my order status online, had to wait another 15 minutes to speak to advisor who could only tell me the warehouse would email when they have picked the order which takes anything from 3 to 5 working days.. most companies working to same or next day dispatch. Come on Garmin catch up.
