I'm tired of getting re-packaged junk from Amazon. I purchased an Ovation from Amazon that arrived with a huge stress crack right at the nut. I'll stick with Guitar Center from now on, because GC lets me inspect the item before I even take it home.

During the COVID fiasco, having a lot of extra time on my hands, I decided to get back into playing guitar. After a 20 year hiatus from playing acoustic guitar, I went to the Guitar Center in Southfield, MI, and bought aMartin acoustic, and a Taylor acoustic. I was determined to break into electric guitar as well so I bought 2Fender amps and a Stratocaster guitar.The acoustic guitars were great, but the Fender - no matter what pick-up was being used - sounded likecrap. There was a constant overpowering humming coming from the amp which, no matter where it wasplugged in, interfered with my playing to the point that I essentially gave up trying to make the bridge from acoustic to electric guitar. I asked several people from Guitar Center and never got any advice on how to deal with the problem. This was some years ago.Recently I made my way back to the Guitar Center in Southfield, MI to trade in my Fender GTX for another amp hoping that might solve the issue. I was going to trade in my Strat as well as I just wasn't making anyheadway into the electric realm. I was ready to give up.I spoke to and was advised by 'Bubba' that he had the solution. I asked for Bubba to help me with my amp issues because he had helped me a few weeks before in buying a pedal. His knowledge and explanation re the pedal was impressive in that he educated me a great deal about pedals.Bubba guided me to the amp which he was sure would be appropriate for my problem. It was a used Fendertube amp which he demonstrated how to use, and I bought it.I got it home with great anticipation that there was still some hope of getting into electric guitar playing.I didn't try out the new/use Fender amp until the day after I bought it. I turned up the volume on my Strat,and the clouds parted and the sun was shining through. There was NO background sound at all - no hissingand no humming - only the sweet sound of the guitar when I played it. An astounding success!Bubba has an understanding of musical equipment beyond anyone whom I've ever talked to. He is somewhat of a savant in my humble opinion.It seems that there have been some major changes in management and personnel at this Southfield store. The personnel are much more helpful with the customers and much more educated in the needs and understanding of the equipment which they are using and selling. I'll also compliment the new manager - Eric - he has been very personable and willing to assist me, as any of his personnel have assisted me.Kudos to everyone at this store - but especially Bubba.

I think a 1-star review is rating this too highly - I tried multiple times to get in contact with them to ask a simple question and had no response whatsoever. no return emails, no phone calls back, not a word in return. Horrible customer service experience.

We’ve been to Disney multiple times and we just went this summer and have never been so disappointed in our lives! The geni plus is a money making joke! Your lucky to get to skip one line a day let alone 2! The hopper pass isn’t any good till after 2:00 and you use to be able to hop from park to park anytime of the day! It’s so crowded not only the ride lines but the food also! Disney is nothing but a big money making scheme! This is a JOKE!

I have been using the free transactional email system from Brevo since february 2023. It's perfect for my use case (around 1500 messages monthly), and have almost zero complaints about delivering issues. Today I made my first paid campaign and really liked it! The template builder is great, and I was able to create my campaign email in minutes. They have a very professional and responsive abuse department also. Everytime I received spam/phishing emails from abusive customers, the issue was solved promptly. 100% recommended!

I was initially a big fan of Booking .com. It seemed like a legitimate website to book hotels and flights and I had no problems with it. Everything is swell until something goes wrong and then you’re left to defend for yourselves!I booked an accommodation in Singapore ‘7 Wonders’, who through booking .com’s messaging system, sent me a strange link and threatened to cancel my booking with themselves if I did not fill out my personal information on the attached website.Upon clicking the link, I was warned by safari that it was unsafe and I was at risk of being scammed. Unsure as to the situation was regarding my booking, I contacted booking .com’s “24 hour” customer service, where I did not get a response (it has been 2 weeks now).So, I tried ringing some sort of customer service number as they don’t have a proper one. It took 20 minutes to get through to someone who hung up on me instantly and did not bother to call back. I have decided to cancel the booking myself and use a different website to book my accommodation. Be warned that they don’t have a proper customer service team, so if any problems arise, you’re stuck in the mud.I won’t be using this company going forward. .

Absolute load of crap, I've eased my external works on the met Office over the past few weeks and every single time it's been wrong, booked today off as it stated downpours all day and the past 3 hours has been fine. Another day wasted all because these lying little rats. The amount of people that have given met Office a bad review is unbelievable. I think it's about time we. Just partition to get rid of it and all it's lies. I'm not a fan of the BBC but they're more accurate than this crap. Don't waste your time looking at this crap will just throw your whole day off.

Kickstarter did NO checking of the project, it was listed as from TX but was actually a scam from China.No word or rsponses from kickstarter on this and the projected disappeared - as in the project creators disappeared.Support from Kickstarter - they will not respond.

Problem from Delivery BoyI have order one phone with exchange of old mobile. The person came to deliver the mobile checked my phone in such a manner that it shows problem in screen. He checked it by open the msg folder and deleted each of the msg. At right bottom and top left side of phone there was symbol of + (orange in color) and speaker (green in color) respectively. thenafter he increase the brighness of the screen and slide navigation pane from top to bottom. Then after he showed me that there is problem with the screen as it is showing light orange color at the bottom. But in actually that light orange color was the reflection of that + sign in msg folder. He reduce my discount to so much low that I have to deny for exchanging my mobile. I loose opportunity to purchase a good phone in reasonable prices.

Terrible experience with BestBuy's online ordering. Placed an order for PS5, they immediately charged my card but canceled days later claiming they couldn't fulfill it. No proper explanation, just a generic cancellation email. Had to wait for refund while my money was tied up. Went to Target instead - same price, had stock, no games. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. BestBuy's inventory system and customer service need serious work.

The App has been updated and now much harder to navigate. Difficult to find what's important to you. The standard of reporting was often ambiguous referring to stats which always fit with the story pending on how you spin it. Some stories I feel are looking to poke whichever association, agency they have in their sights. The new updated App is just horrendous in layout and feeds. The App uses a tonne of memory to install. With the new features and update I finally feel inclined to delete it. There is much better competition put there and they are unable to keep up.

The whole store is messy, there is product everywhere still in boxes. I see unorganized messy clothes and products everywhere. There are clothes on the ground and shoes as well as products in spaces they aren’t supposed to be. I also had to move several carts several times just to find what I was trying to buy. I have never seen a store like this and I think the owner of the store would be very disappointed in the bad work ethic these employees are getting paid $15 an hour for.
