I kknow I was a little harsh with my review, but Guitar Center took care of my problem on the spot,

What went wrong you ask, well how about everything. My order for the Tascam DP24 SD Portas Studio arrived on time when it was supposed to arrive, but when I unboxed the recorder, I found myself seating how well it had been packaged, unfortunately when it came to give a ( nothing worked, by that I mean it wouldn't even turn on ). After scratching my head I said to myself why would a company as reputable as Guitar Center ship out a unit that does not function or even turn on ??? I am a 40 year veteran musician and I checked the power supply to see if it was putting out and it was. So if the power supply was providing the power necessary to run it, there must be internal issues. At this point I decided to return it to your Tampa store. I not only paid and waited for it to arrive, but now have to drive 58 miles to Tampa to return it, and the then wait 3 to 10 days for my money. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of a Music Company Like Guitar Center and will not be doing business with you ever again. A very unhappy customer. A response would be nice if just to find out what you have to say about this avoidable situation.

BEWARE OF BILLING

The site itself is nice, easy to use. and the service is actually pretty good. if i were to rate it based on that alone, i would say it is 5 stars, hands down no problems or questions about it. however, where the problem is, is billing. i was not aware my cost would automatically renew. i made my video in june, paid for 1 month to be able to use the service. only needed to make one video, no charges came out during july, then out of the blue, i was charged another months fee in august without any notification at all, when i go to animoto to look at the account it has auto-renewal selected. i look at their refund policy, it says no refunds. then i google about the billing and find many horrible ratings about them doing this. if you were to make videos on a regular basis and use the service this is not an issue, but if you are just trying to make a single video ever, DO NOT waste your time with them, its proving to be a headache that just isnt worth dealing with. therefore im sorry but when you mess with peoples money in my book that cost them 3 stars just on that alone.

NEVER EVER BUY ANY COSTLY THINGS FROM AMAZON. They cannot be trusted.Ordered a phone and a bud. They deliver the bud but they didn't deliver the phone. Order placed on 22nd Nov. it out for delivery on 25th Nov, they didn't deliver. Same story on 26th Nov. Then they promised by 2nd December. And then they promised by 11 December. Then 12th December. Product was never deliver. After 2nd December they are not ready to refund and asked me to wait till 11 Dec. Now the black Friday deal is also gone.On 12th they asked me fill incident report and reply. now they are saying they haven't received the incident report. Once they receive the incident report and they will investigate keeping my money their bank account.Plus they are not ready to take bud from home. There is no use bud without phone. I ordered phone and bud in a offer as a single order. I haven't even open it. Now they are asking me to walk 5 km and return this to courier. Have to do that to get my hard earned money back. Very very Bad ServiceVery Bad Service. Request not to buy any costly things from Amazon. They cannot be trusted They used to be good company not now.New update - Even after sending incident report- They says they haven't received it. I feel like they wont return the money

Why am I not surprised the average…

Why am I not surprised the average score on here is 1 star...I've purchased Philps Sonicare toothbrush couple of years ago. It stopped working after one year, I've done online warranty claim and I was sent a replacement. Fast forward one year, replacement is not working. I went online to do warranty claim again, but it's no longer available, so I had to call. I've called on Monday, gave all of the details, including model and serial number. Explained its been on charge for over 24 hrs and I've used couple of different chargers (in case it's a problem with a charger). I've been asked if I've done a reset. I didn't see any information online about reset, so no, I have not done. I've been told I have to then call again, once I have a toothbrush (I was at work), so they can guide me through reset process. I've called again today (with toothbrush in my hand), been told to do the reset (hold the start button for around 20 seconds) and then... I have to put it on charge for another 24hrs and call back another day. Now, that's wasting customers time. When I call again tomorrow, would there be another step I have to complete, before I can claim warranty replacement?!I asked to make a complaint, and been told someone will call me back.Fun fact, someone actually did. Less than 20 mins later. Less fun fact, the person was incredibly rude. Told me she can not see fault in their procedures, and I just have to call again. I pointed out I never had to go through so many hoops with my first warranty claim. I was omtl required to provide them with model, serial number and proof of purchase. She said its obvious they need to run tests. I said if it's that obvious and that necessary, why is not mentioned on the website, so customers can complete it all before they call. And also, again, I never had to do it last year. She said that procedures change occasionally. Overall, she was incredibly rude, and I half suspected I'm talking to a robot (or AI). I would recommend change of career, to gravedigger maybe. Would suit perfectly her customer care skills.

I am a Bol shopper, but with this issue...

I regularly use BOL for shopping. I also earn vouchers from work on special bonuses. Recently, I have purchased a faucet from Bol. I had a professional mount it in my bathroom. But the water kept dripping, so I took the photo and video and sent it to the seller.The seller said there might be particles inside and asked me to check. In addition, he said a "pin" was missing. I asked, please explain how to check, and I also told him that the pin was pissing.Then the seller says that the pin could not have been missing because he packed it correctly. But the pin was not there, and so eventually, after speaking to the ppl in Bol, they said to return it.So I did, but finally, after several weeks, I get a response from the seller that it is damaged, so I cannot return it.Now I am asking for what damage he is talking about. And it is so odd that this seller is sending me back the product and not fixing the problem.Bol says they will escalate to the headquarter, but I just read another blog about this.I hope they will solve the issue ASAP.Otherwise, we will stop using BOL.

Where was your opininon on million of war crimes commited by russian army - Bucha, Mykolaiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Olenivka, just to name few? this is truly unbelievable, lost absolutely any trust on you. Amnesty International officials seem to be on Putin's payroll. Drinking Prosecco in safety of Lviv and creating an impression of work.

Coloseum ticket scam

I bought 2 entrance ticket to the Coloseum through Agoda for 5/7/25 last 4/17. I received an instant confirmation with an email that my tickets will be sent after the 72 hrs after the cancellation period is over. No tickets arrived and I sent Agoda an email asking them where is our tickets. They said, the activity provider will send the tickets 72 hours before our activities. We cancelled our reservations as our tickets did not arrive and it unacceptable to keep us waiting while we have already paid for it. Agoda sent an email confirming cancellation and they did not give us a refund. Do Not Book with Agoda, they are a scam.

Its good and bad

Its good and bad. The reason why its good is because, I can listen to music and enjoy music and I can go to a different app while the music is still playing. The reason why its bad is because sometimes the music will stop or pause itself and then it exits the app by itself and when i try to get back on, it will say,"Spotify isn't responding." Then I would have to keep doing that over and over for almost 5 times. Sometimes I would even have to go to the app store and delete the app and reinstall it. And sometimes it will go wonky. Like, one time I was putting my music back from the beginning and then a add popped up. Then the music didn't go back to the beginning. And it kept doing that until I had to delete the app and get it back. And, for premium and not having adds for a moth is $10. That's way to much in my POV. Also, on some adds it will say,"Even if you don't have wifi, you can still listen to music." So one time I was going to put Spotify on without wifi, AND IT DIDN'T WORK!!!I'm still keeping this app but its just too much. I don't know if I should just keep it or try a different music app.

Parallels auto-renewed my annual subscription without notice, despite no usage for a year. I received no reminder and was denied a refund — a common complaint among customers. The product itself is clunky and underwhelming, which may explain their reliance on unethical renewal tactics where customers are not given an opportunity to explicitly consent to opt-in. I strongly urge anyone considering Parallels to explore better, more transparent alternatives.
