I had used a $5 reward during check out and also applied a gift card for the remainder. The entire original amount was taken out of my gift card so I was overcharged $5. Fandango refused to reissue or refund the credit. Did not know this had happened until the next time I tried to use my gift card about 3 weeks later. Fandango rep kept claiming that a credit was not possible. Cannot believe this was true. Surely a supervisor could reissue a $5 reward. Supposedly claim was escalated to corporate but I only received a form letter refusing my claim. Poor service!

Customer service is a s..t, this is a global site have to work 24/7. I was order item 1 month ago and 2 hours later ansew to cancel, seller and newegg customer service send me message to item canceled soon, but f....g seller send item, then send message to apologize, last item status was UPS has returned your package to the sender on 31 May, today 22 june but item doesnt canceled yet. Seller is Likewize on Newegg, dont buy item this f.....g seller.

Even better than good customer service is having no issues at all. I just finished a year-full of basic hosting at a very competitive price. The setup and manuals were accurate and easy to find. Termination of my period was duly announced and I'll be very happy to come back once the prices drop back down 😉

I bought the MX Keys and MX Master 3 in January 2020 and as soon as I received them, I started having issues with their Logitech Flow option, which is one of the main reasons I got the pair.I emailed them and support started looking at it asking me to send them videos and error logs and then they just stopped emailing me back.I sent an email con January 23th, waited 2 weeks for them to reply and then emailed them again saying that if the issue wasn't going to be looked at that I just wanted to return everything for a full refund.We are now in May and I haven't heard anything from them.Other issues I encountered was the side scroll from the MX Master 3 not changing brush size in Photoshop, which they advertise as one of their greatest features.The MX Keys constantly lose connection. This company basically scammed me out of $200. Their products do NOT work as advertised and then when you confront them, they won't reply to your emails.

I would give Logitech a 0 if it were available. The product are terrible and within 6 months are no longer usable. I keep buying the mouse and keyboard combo and it continues to fail me - i will no longer recommend this product nor purchase anything logitech

I had 11 days to by a laptop for my work, and I chose a Lenovo and paid for the laptop 29th of January. Delivery was marked as 6-9 days, As a result, today my laptop is still "Waiting for shipment". In the meantime, the laptop should go then from China to Italy... Over the past week I had conversation with support-chat 3 times, and each time I got different status of my order! But they were real masters of apologizing and playing for time. So, I've cancelled my order, let's see how it goes... Only a hope I used PayPal for the payment, so I have a chance to get my money back.Really I didn't expect such the situation from Lenovo (So if you want to get the laptop within the predicted time, I would suggest choosing another brand/store.

Bought what was supposed to be a new iPhone - got a box full of rocks instead! Seller ghosted me immediately, and eBay's 'money back guarantee' is a joke. Had to file 3 disputes and wait WEEKS just to get my $800 back. Their platform is overrun with fake listings and zero seller accountability. Used to be good back in the day, now it's just AliExpress with worse customer protection. Never again!

My account got hacked and they had access to my email. They changed my email, password and phone number and put in a 2 step verification. I couldn’t get in and panicked. Instantly reported it and contacted support. I done a verification process. Informed 20+ friends to report my account. 4 days later to no reply, no support. They promoted some scam on my account and attempted to rinse money from my followers. Nothing has been done. After all the reports, they didn’t even take my account down or contacted me. This is awful coming from such a large platform they need to have better support pages where you can actually contact people to help. Left me feeling very anxious and useless. A lot of improvement needed
