I had 11 days to by a laptop for my work, and I chose a Lenovo and paid for the laptop 29th of January. Delivery was marked as 6-9 days, As a result, today my laptop is still "Waiting for shipment". In the meantime, the laptop should go then from China to Italy... Over the past week I had conversation with support-chat 3 times, and each time I got different status of my order! But they were real masters of apologizing and playing for time. So, I've cancelled my order, let's see how it goes... Only a hope I used PayPal for the payment, so I have a chance to get my money back.Really I didn't expect such the situation from Lenovo (So if you want to get the laptop within the predicted time, I would suggest choosing another brand/store.
