I am deeply disappointed regarding the lack of attention to detail and poor product quality I’ve encountered with several purchases from your stores. Below are specific examples of items that were defective, mislabeled, or improperly recommended by your product specialists:Used Morley PWOV Power Wah Volume Effect Pedal (Purchased 4/21/2025): Labeled as a Wah/Volume pedal but only functions as a volume pedal.Used Marshall DSL100H 100W Tube Guitar Amp Head (Purchased 10/10/2025): Incorrectly labeled as a DSL100HR.Blackstar HT Stage 100 MKIII 100W Tube Guitar Amp Head – Level 1 (Purchased 10/10/2024): Reverb feature did not work.Used Godin XTSA Trans Black Solid Body Electric Guitar (Purchased 5/26/2025): Arrived with no battery connector.GM-800 Guitar Synthesizer Effects Pedal and GK Analog to Digital Converter (Purchased 5/27/2025): Recommended by your specialists when, in fact, a Boss SY-1000 would have met my needs more appropriately.Inaccurate product descriptions and a lack of quality checks make it extremely difficult for customers to make informed purchasing decisions. It’s especially frustrating when items are described as being in excellent condition but arrive non-functional.I chose to shop at Guitar Center due to the convenience of local access. However, I have become increasingly frustrated by the lack of proper inspection, especially for complex gear like MIDI controllers and synthesizers. These items should be thoroughly tested—yet it appears that many are resold without even the most basic verification, particularly when transferred from other store locations.

If you'd like to pay for a program which has great customer support and service, shy away from this company. Their Live online chat is not for global time zones. we sent an email to the support team and were to "wait"for a response, 3 days later we're still waiting and on their contact page they say "call" us but there is no phone number to call - they in fact confirmed this when questioned. Sorry, but as global company their customer service needs a lot of love.

Popped in to the Old Neptune Whitstable. Very disappointed. A women went to serve me then ignored me as some locals walked in and she started chatting to them. When she did eventually serve me she put both our drinks in plastic glasses before asking if we were going outside. I specifically said No ice in my wife's drink but did want a slice of lemon. Drink turned up ice no lemon! She was very surly and Sneery. Won't be going back.

After signing up, I was automatically opted-in to marketing material. After I opted out of marketing material I was told it may take "10 days" to propagate. I continued receiving marketing material for multiple days. There is no reason for this and it's a dark pattern which we should not accept.

Chegg is very useful overall for homework and studying, however the few things I do not like about it is that they changed their interface to the chat interface which means you cannot as easily look at several answers to see which is most helpful, and that their website will occasionally have issues seemingly at random and not work

Trip advisor is to commonly full of fake or malicious reviews and they refuse to take action against it. If you want actually trust worthy reviews I'd say you have a better chance checking Google reviews than trip advisor.

After several months of signing up for backup, I don't get any backup and only get emails daily to inform me that backups could not be done. Support or contact is virtually non-existent. I have spent several nights looking for a number or chat to speak to someone but all in vain. To say the least, highly disappointing. I do not recommend

Great customer service. I was incredibly rude because I had been troubleshooting for hours. What was even "funnier" was that the problem was a very easy one. He got it and was obviously annoyed but stuck with me and helped me resolve the problem. If it was me on the other end of the line I would have hung up. Once again absolutely great customer service.
