I had paid for the Premium subscription last year and had full access to the app on my iPhone and iPad. On Jan. 1st, it automatically renewed. I notice that I couldn't access some of the pages on my iPad. An icon on the page said to go to Premium+. That was for an additional fee and I decided to contact Customer Service. Stephanie said to check my Apple ID password on both devices or contact Apple. I even changed my password on both and still it didn't make a difference. Today, my iPhone is doing the same thing that was happening on the iPad. Now I'm pissed. And guess what--the subscription is for the full year with no money back. I can cancel the subscription and still use the app for the rest of the year but that still won't get me access to what I had last year. DON'T bother upgrading because next year they'll probably change the rules again.
