Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach, an IHG HotelThis is a review on "Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach, an IHG Hotel" - not on IHG in general.WiFi dropped out several times per minute.The floor in the bathroom was wet, getting me wet feet upon entering the first time.The doors were locked upon entrance, but luckily someone cleaning inside saw me trying to open the doors (2 AM, late flight).Painfully expensive: 1369 euros for three days.I rated them 4/10 on Booking.com. Then a certain Mr. Lee Ben Moshe contacted me. He offered me money in exchange for improving my rating to at least 8/10. Excuse me?I contacted the property five times by e-mail to get an invoice for my stay. Zero response. I then contacted IHG via Facebook. They were professional and quick to answer. The following day, I was provided with an invoice for use of the refrigerator, 12.51 USD.Update:After telling them, I was going further lower my rating on Booking.com, I did receive the requested invoice. I will be contacting Booking.com on how reviews are manipulated, apparently.
